The Space:

Villa Iguana is a cozy and spacious family villa located at the gated community of Coral Estate. The villa is only twenty-five minutes walking (10 minute driving) distance from the beach of Karakter, the two restaurants, a Spa and a dive shop. The perfect place to stay during your vacation.



Villa Iguana is a rental villa where you can definitely sit back and relax. On the first floor you have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room. You can reach the veranda and pool deck through various open doors. Part of the veranda is covered, part is open. If you feel like sunbathing, that is definitely an option.



Next to the pool there is a shower facility. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view whether you are in the pool or on the deck. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy. If you don’t feel like hanging around the pool you can enjoy the garden area. On the ‘ ground’ floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a small kitchen. So one might even see it as two places in one. Perfect!



Guest Access:

Apart from your accommodation, you will have access to our pools with sun terrace, dedicated staff and their services. The reception is located walking distance from your apartment. From there the team can book tours, help with car rentals and you could receive information about the area or the island. Just send a message, give a call or pass by anytime for a chat!



The Neighborhood:

At our resort you will find all kinds of facilities for a relaxing holiday on Curacao. Start the day well with a delicious breakfast at Restaurant Karakter and then take a refreshing dip in our beautiful infinity pool. Are you curious about the underwater world of Curacao? At our resort you will find Diving School Coral Divers. End your day with a freshly made cocktail at Rooftop Bar Koraal while enjoying a beautiful sunset.



The resort is located on the lovely beach of St. Marie where you can also find the most beautiful reef of Curacao. During your stay you will enjoy all the tranquility that the area has to offer. You do not have to travel far for a relaxing day at the beach, swimming pool or snorkeling among the colorful fish in the sea. Our reception will gladly inform you about the possibilities of the different diving trips. The surroundings of Coral Estate Luxury resort also have enough to offer. The resort is located in green surroundings and close to many beautiful beaches such as Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi beach. A must-do when you are on Curacao is of course spotting the pink flamingos at the salt pans of the inland lake. It also happens regularly that the flamingos fly past our resort. You will optimally enjoy your holiday on Coral Estate because of these diverse surroundings.



Getting Around:

Within walking distance, you find several shops, diving school, bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach. If you want to explore more of the island, we can help you with renting a car.
