Please note this unit is above a bar with live music and it shares the back patio. We weren`t kidding when we said you were steps away from all the action! Dog friendly only. A $125 pet fee will be manually requested AFTER booking if your dog/s will be joining you.

You`ll be greeted by a full bathroom containing a tub/shower combo and lighted mirror, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. As you continue down the hallway you will pass a bar top with two seats and enter the spacious and inviting living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen contains all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Around the corner from the bathroom you`ll find two beautifully decorated bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed.

There are several ways to get around St. Charles, MO depending on your preferences and needs. Walking, biking, car rental, taxis and ridesharing services, and even public transportation are available. No matter how you choose to get around St. Charles, there are plenty of options to help you explore and enjoy all that this charming city has to offer.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
