Beau ranch de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans le quartier trÚs recherché de Des Peres / Kirkwood. 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie au niveau principal et 800 pieds carrés supplémentaires au sous-sol fini (sans salle de bain).

Alors que la maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 adultes, notre tarif standard par nuit est pour jusqu'à 6 personnes. Nous facturons un supplément de 15 $ / personne par nuit pour les 7e et 8e invités. Cela nous aide à maintenir le tarif de nuit et les frais de nettoyage aussi bas que possible pour les petits groupes.

NIce house Very convenient location

Perfect for two couples, roomy, well furnished. Nice residential neighborhood. One block walk to wonderful breakfast cafe. Drive to supermarkets close by; a couple miles to downtown Kirkwood with good restaurants; Twenty or thirty minutes to airport and other communities in St Louis County.

Perfect location, great location, clean and well tended to property!

My two sons (13 and 14) and I stayed here for a week this summer. This property has everything for kids of all ages! What a great location too! My sons loved the ping pong table, and there were toys and books for younger kids too! I enjoyed the stocked kitchen and really appreciated the Keurig too! Angie was very communicative and helpful, and check in and out was a breeze. I would love to return next year!

Very Nice!

This is a very nice house and was perfect for our family get together. We were very conveniently and centrally located between other local family members that live just 15-20 minutes in two different directions, which was important to us. We had a great weekend! Also nice restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home-loved it!

Everything we needed was there and ready to go. The host was responsive and fantastic. I will definitely use and stay there again on future visits. Central to everything that is important in St. Louis. You can't go wrong in this home. Best experience I have had in a long time and way better than a hotel. Can't say enough good about this home and host.

Family trip

Stayed for 5 days for family reunion. Great location. House was perfect for our group and very clean but a little dated in bathrooms. Overall a great stay with plenty of room and good air conditioning as it was very hot.

Lovely Home in Suburban St. Louis

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home. We were in town for a HS graduation and the location was perfect and very central. The home itself couldn't have been better - it was spotless and had thoughtful amenities. The finished basement was a fantastic surprise. Communication with the host was streamlined and easy. Overall this was a great VRBO experience...highly recommended!

Clean, roomy house in convenient location

House was clean and had plenty of room for our family. Beds were comfortable and closets were great for organizing our stuff during our stay. Was well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. Easy to walk to the grocery store, a bakery and other restaurants.

Perfect holiday house!

Traveled with my two adult daughters and their spouses. Loved hearing them laugh while playing ping pong, and uno at the large kitchen table after dinner. Close to the highway to get downtown for the attractions, yet nestled in the suburbs close to the market and great restaurants. It had everything we needed, generously stocked!

Perfect family spot

This home was expansive with plenty of space to spread out and feel as if we weren’t on top of each other. Great basement for games and fun. And the neighborhood was quaint and within 20 minutes of all family spots around St. Louis. A favorite find was the Sunny Street Cafe a block away.

This was a great location for our visit to STL; convenient to all parts of STL city/county. The ranch style was perfect for my father-in-law who has some mobility challenges. This is a simple, clean, functional and very "homey" place to stay. Will be back!
