Built with character and charm, this home blends historic elegance with modern comforts. Each of the five spacious bedrooms features its own private ensuite, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.

The formal living room, adorned with a cozy antique fireplace (non-functional) and elegant furnishings, sets the stage for delightful gatherings. Adjacent to the living room is a stunning custom-made dining table, seating 14, perfect for large family meals or game nights.

Outdoor Enjoyment
Step outside to a large covered porch, furnished with comfortable seating for relaxing conversations or morning coffee. A charcoal grill is also available for outdoor cooking (guests provide charcoal).

Entertainment for Everyone
The home’s game room is designed to delight guests of all ages. Featuring gaming chairs, foosball, arcade games, and more, this space ensures endless fun and entertainment. WiFi and Roku/Smart TVs throughout the home allow you to stream your favorite apps and stay connected.

This place was perfect. Being the host for the family, I was grateful that it was clean throughout and being that it was our first time to St. Louis, the location was perfect! If you have a large group needing a great location, this is the place to stay!

Overall we had a great stay. The place was clean, big, plenty of bathrooms, a nice big kitchen table and the owner was quick with communicating. The only cons of the place were there wasnt much for extra pillows/blankets for the pullout couches, the Nintendo switch was not available and not all of the tv remotes worked so therefore we couldn't be using multiple TVs at once. But all in all we would stay here again

Celebration of life in Soulard

13 adults comfortably enjoyed this beautiful home. It is well- appointed with a sweet outdoor covered deck ( bring stadium chairs to provide more than 4 seats).. It’s hard to find 5 bd/5 ba home, amazing. Game room was fun to have. Walking distance to interesting coffee shop (delicious food) and the (Haunted) Lemp mansion where we did have dinner one night. No ghosts were seen but they offered what seemed like a lively fun Bingo room and Dinner theatre production. I was taken back by first floor windows that didn’t close properly and did not lock but Anthony sent his maintenance manager to apply a temporary fix and was going to address with the window Company. The kitchen was well stocked (not sure why it talks about the pans but they are not noteworthy). Kitchen has three types of coffee makers and k-cups provided which was lovely. Keyless entry was great. You enter through the back door, btw. Be sure to open Upstairs AC vents to cool it down properly. Our large group could spread out or gather together, easily. It was the perfect place for us and would certainly recommend. Thank you Anthony & Brian

5 Bedroom House in Soulard

Our family had an absolutely wonderful Christmas gathering in this spacious, immaculately clean home in Soulard. The home is exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the local attractions. Our host, Anthony, was incredibly responsive to all of my questions prior to booking and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in St Louis.
