Guests will have access to all areas described in this listing with the exception of our locked storage closet, which we use for cleaning products and supplies and may not be accessed by guests.
The Neighborhood:
Take the short 5 block walk to Grand Blvd to sample the international cuisine and experience the eclectic bars of South Grand, or cross the road and take a stroll in the elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park known as Tower Grove Park. If you're here for tourism, then you've chosen the perfect location-it's a quick 10-minute (or less) drive to basically every other tourist destination in St. Louis: Soulard (Anheuser-Busch Brewery, historic district, dining/nightlife), Lafayette Square (historic district), Downtown (the arch/Laclede's landing, Busch Stadium, the Scottrade center, dining/nightlife), the Central West End (Cathedral Basilica, Forest Park, World Chess Hall of Fame, dining/nightlife), the Grove (dining/nightlife), the Hill (historic district, Italian dining), the Loop (historic district, dining/nightlife).

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.
Bringing 3 or more pups along? Staying longer than a week? Message us before you book and we will send over a special offer with a discounted pet fee!

âRental Policyâ
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $395, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.
âBoarding Pass â
Your reservation includes Boarding Pass â an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, youâll be able to:

âAccess easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions
âAccess guidebooks with FAQs about the property
âPurchase optional add-on services
Shortly after you book, weâll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:
1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)
Once thatâs done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.
âCancellations+Alterationsâ
Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure itâs understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
If there is some doubt as to whether youâll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.
