Sunrise+Sunset is located in a lively commercial district near restaurants, shops, and nightlife. While this means you're just steps away from some of the cityâs best spots, it also means occasional city sounds are part of the experience â just like in any walkable, vibrant neighborhood. Light sleepers may prefer to bring earplugs just in case.

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

Sunrise+Sunset is a two-story urban flat located above a 1st floor space. The unit spans two levels, and there's a flight of stairs from the private entrance on ground level to the first level, so it does require the use of stairs. The space below is a separate, fully partitioned apartment with its own private entrance.
âCheck-In, Check-Out, and Support Hoursâ
Check-In: 4pm-9pm
Check-Out: 10am

âRental Policyâ
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $395, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.
âBoarding Pass â
Your reservation includes Boarding Pass â an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, youâll be able to:

âPurchase optional add-on services
Shortly after you book, weâll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:
