Omaâs Haus - Walk to Main Street!
Omaâs Haus is your home away from home. Great location - close to everything.
This home was built in 1900 and has been remodeled to accommodate modern functionality and preserved so that the beauty in its history can still be admired. Enjoy this very spacious home with original hardwood floors, doors, and 12â ceilings.

Construction is currently taking place in back of property. Your stay should not be affected.
1st floor: The fully equipped kitchen with gas stove will welcome you to make your favorite dishes. The living room and dining room give plenty of space for quality time together. A half bath is also located on this level as well as the washer and dryer.
2nd floor: Up the grand staircase passed the stained glass window you will find a full bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and an office. A King bed in one room, 1 queen in another, and 2 queen beds in the third. A perfect enclosed patio attached to the main bedroom will be your favorite place to sit and relax.
Parking: There is a long driveway that goes to the back of the property to park your vehicles as well as street parking.
Essentials:
We provide a starter set of household essentials for your convenience and comfortability. This includes a couple rolls of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper in each restroom, clothes washer soap, and dishwasher soap. We also provide hand soap, shower soaps, coffee pods, and shower towels. This is typically plenty for most stays. When you arrive, it is recommended to check these essentials to determine if you need to go to the store for more essentials depending on the length of your stay and personal preference.
Location:
Located only 6 blocks from historic Main Street St. Charles which has many desirable restaurants and shops.
Five minutes from streets of St. Charles which provides more attractions such as a movie theater, restaurants, and more shopping.
Twenty-five minutes from downtown St. Louis where youâll find sporting events, museums, the St. Louis Zoo, and everything the city has to offer.
You will have full access of the first and second floor. The basement and upper level will be locked.

We typically have our lawn mowed weekly, and someone periodically stops by to water outdoor plants when the weather requires.
Something to keep in mind: In an effort to keep check out instructions simple and the fee as low as possible, we ask that you leave the home as clean as you found it.
Outdoor cameras will be in use.
Smoking is prohibited. If it is determined that someone smoked in the house or within 25ft of the front or back door, a $250 charge will be applied.
Furniture is not to be moved. The cleaner charges extra for this and it will be passed on to the guest.
No additional guests allowed without approval from host.
One dog is allowed with prior approval and fee. (See pet policy below.)
Cars must be parked in the driveway (or street if necessary).
Please use the back door to enter and exit the building during your stay. The front door is over 120 years old and to avoid problems with it latching and locking correctly, we ask that you use the back door.
Please do not move furniture.
You have full access to the first and second floor. The basement and third floor will be locked.
If something is left at the house and needs to be shipped to the guest, we will get a quote from UPS and charge a $100 fee. Total must be paid before the item is shipped back.
There are some breakable things around the house. If you are bringing young children, please let us know so we can put those items away in advance if necessary.
Pet policy: One dog is allowed and subject to a fee. Make sure that you selected a pet is coming with you when you book your stay. Please remember to pick up after your pet in the yard and crate them when you are away. Please no dogs on the furniture or beds. The guest will be responsible for any damages.
