We had a very good stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very attentive and respectful throughout our stay.Our visit happened to coincide with a family funeral, so several relatives stopped by briefly to visit with my mother and aunts before they flew out. Because of that, there were more family voices than usual outside for a short time, which the neighbors may have noticed. It was not a party, and we were mindful to keep things respectful and within the rules of the property.The home was well cared for during our stay, and we made sure everything was cleaned and left in great condition upon checkout. I truly appreciate the host’s professionalism and their communication with us.Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to others traveling in the area.

Great house, very clean and new. We enjoyed proximity to downtown, convention center, baseball park, and great bars like “Crafted” which we highly recommend, we held events there for Super Computing trade show. The best breakfast in St.Louis is a 3 min walk for the house “Have A Cow Cattle Co. Cafe and Urban Farm Store”. House was a 10/10. Everyone in our group said we need to rent this house the next time we are in St.Louis.

Second time staying in one of Remi’s units. House was spotless and well stocked. With it being 90 plus degrees upon arrival appreciated the air conditioning set at a comfortable setting for unpacking. Only some very minor issues..the master shower took forever to get warm and was never really hot. The bar stools in the kitchen had some serious squeaks and one was unable to be put down from the high position. Great restaurants near by and really convenient to downtown locations. Would come back again.

Overall it was great. It was the perfect amount of space for us and made for a good FFA Officer Retreat. The only issue we had was the master bedroom door handle. The inside handle was broken off and it made it very hard to get out of the bedroom.

Great Stay!

It was perfect for our family, 9 at this property and 9 at another property very nearby. I’m always a little nervous about a new location in a city I’ve never been to before. Immaculate

We had 7 adults and 2 infants stay in this lovely renal and it was absolutely perfect for us. The home was immaculate and had plenty of room for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location was great for us and a quick commute to the arch, stadium, Lafayette Park, and many restaurants and coffee shops.Check in was seamless and we really had no need to contact the property manager as everything we needed was there. The home was well stocked and we would definitely recommend.

Very Good Rental

It was just what we needed... a really nice property for large groups.The neighborhood appears to have been a bit sketchy in recent times, but is undergoing revitalization. Lafayette Park is close by (15 min. walk) while downtown is not far (about 2.5 miles). Aside from a close/walkable and very good breakfast/lunch restaurant (Have a Cow), there aren't really any other dining options close by.There are 3 BRs on the upper level including a large primary BR with huge bathroom that has dual vanity, walk-in rain shower and soaking tub. The 2 other upper level BRs share a bathroom. The 2 BRs on the lower level share a bathroom. The upper level also has a washer/dryer.The open concept main level is dedicated to living space (kitchen/dining/lounging/2 TVs). We didn't prepare any meals, but the kitchen was well equipped to do so. Comfort items were good... mattresses OK and showers were hot w/good flow.Aside from a couple of minor cleanliness issues everything was great and we can certainly recommend this property to other travelers, especially groups of 5 or more.

Lots of room

This place was amazing. The space was great for all the people. No one was bumping into one another. The only thing I wish is that it had a TV in the other bedrooms. Other than that I had no issues with the place. The host was very nice and helpful.

Perfect

My family and I were in St Louis for a few days, and this was the perfect house to accommodate 8 people. The instructions to check in to the house were easy and the house was beautiful and clean. We needed maintenance to come and unclog a drain in one of the bathrooms, and the gentleman was at the house in less than 20 minutes to get the job done. Great communication with the owner. The neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely be booking with this owner again. Thank you!

Great family house

Stayed here during a three family weekend get away, it was great. Enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone! The layout was great and spacious. It was close to everything we did. Loved it. We had to contact Remi for a few questions and he was super prompt and gracious.

Lovely property, great location

We loved our stay here, bonus was the garage and there was adequate on-street parking too. The deck and fenced-in back was very helpful as we had 2 toddlers with us. There were a few issues that could be resolved. The floors were very dirty as evidenced by our socks and feet. That was disappointing. What appeared to be a drying mat for dishes in pantry was covered in dog hair. As the coffee cups are small, adding a few large coffee mugs would be nice. The lawn in back was untended and needed mowed. We came at 4:00, which was check in time, and were met with cleaning crew, who were still working.

Beautiful Property with Great Location to St. Louis Attractions

Our group was traveling to the area for a baseball tournament. The space accommodated us just as we hoped, was clean and located conveniently to all the main attractions. We will stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
