The Space:

Welcome to Carambola Hotel, a family-owned boutique retreat offering traditional Barbadian warmth and hospitality. Designed to welcome families, business travelers, adventurers, and those seeking relaxation, this cozy poolside king studio provides modern comforts with access to the hotel's shared amenities.



Located on the 2nd floor, the Poolside King Studio is designed for couples or solo travelers, offering a comfortable and intimate space. The studio features a kitchenette for preparing light meals, a cozy shared patio with seating, and flexible bedding with your choice of a King bed or two Twin beds.



Sleeping Arrangements:

The air-conditioned studio offers a King bed that can be converted into 2 Twin beds, along with a flat-screen standard TV, in-room WiFi, and a dedicated workspace for added convenience. An in-room digital safe is also provided for secure storage during your stay.



Please note that the rooms do not have windows. The glass door shown in the photos is the room’s entrance, and it opens directly onto the patio.



Kitchenette:

The kitchenette is equipped for light meal preparation, featuring a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, basic cookware, dishes, and silverware. Please note, this studio does not have a full kitchen but includes a table for added convenience.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to book.

- Guests are required to use stairs at the property, including steps leading to units and the pool area.

- A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in and may be requested during the stay for verification purposes.

- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed. Visitors are permitted but must register at reception and are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay, as well as any additional cleaning fees required after check-out.

- No smoking of any kind (including tobacco and cannabis) is permitted inside the property. Recreational drug use is strictly prohibited. A USD 300 penalty applies for violations. A designated smoking area is available through reception.

- No parties, events, or illegal activities are allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and excessive noise may result in penalties or eviction without refund.

- The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except during scheduled cleaning. Guests must allow maintenance staff to complete their work without disturbance. No lifeguard is on duty, so children must be supervised at all times.



Pool rules:

- No food is allowed in the pool area

- No glass is permitted on the pool deck or inside the pool

- Any glass breakage will incur a USD 1,000 fee due to required draining and cleaning procedures



- Pool and beach towels are available at the front desk. Beach towels are complimentary; however, a USD 45 fee applies if they are not returned upon checkout. Guests must rinse off sand before entering rooms or the pool area.

- Parking is not available on-site. Paid parking is available adjacent to the property for USD 5 per day, with no reservation required. Guests must register and pay before parking. If the access chain is locked, assistance is available at Dover Beach Reception.



- Housekeeping service:



- Stays of 5–7 nights include one complimentary mid-stay cleaning with linen change

- No daily housekeeping is provided, but additional cleaning can be arranged for USD 15 per day with at least 24 hours’ notice

- Towels are refreshed every three days

- Laundry service is available for USD 10 per standard load (up to 7 kg) with next-day pickup. Requests can be made at the front desk.



- Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals and late departures.

- The property is monitored by outdoor security cameras for safety and security purposes.

- High chairs are available upon request.

- Pets and any kind of animals are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and operating hours must be respected.

- Weekly karaoke is held every Friday from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Guests should expect elevated noise levels during this time.

- In case of emergency, please follow posted evacuation routes and contact the front desk immediately. Emergency procedures and contact numbers are available in guest room directories. Staff are trained to assist in all emergency situations.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property, and the keys will be available at the reception. However, if you arrive after 9:00 PM, you will receive an access code to enter. Please remember to stop by the reception the following day to complete your registration.
