Brand new spacious apartment in sunny ST Julians
360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this brand new, lovely apartment in one of the best streets in St Julians, Paceville, close to all amenities but still a bit off to live in complete silence and harmony.
Upon entering the apartment, our guests are treated with a spacious living area , with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and also a massive TV. This apartment also offers a very large terrace area, accessible from the living space with table and chairs.
FAST WIFI
Fully Airconditioned (coin operated).
Living Spaces| A well sized sunny terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax their mornings with coffee and tea! Also the apartment is equipped with a dining area and a sofa overlooking the TV (Connected to the internet).
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub.
Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom with a double bed, for extra guests we will open the sofa bed in the room, prepared with linens and towels just like a normal comfortable bed. For the 3/4th person the sofa bed can be used.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Bathrooms| Beautiful 1 bathroom, with a spacious, high pressured walk-in shower!
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machine, dryers, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
24/7 Private access to all the amenities of the apartment.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
Situated in one of the best location in Malta for both to visit the history of the Maltese island together and the best of entertainment Malta has to offer.
Moreover due to this location, everything is at a walking distance! The sandy beach is just 2mins away from the apartment which makes it perfect for a nice swim in out Maltese weather!
Bus stop is just 3 mins by walk away, making traveling very cheap and convenient! We also offer taxi service 24/7 for high quality of service through the airbnb chat.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
