This cozy retreat offers an open-plan living, kitchen & dining area bathed in natural light. Step outside to our big private terrace, where you can unwind on loungers and enjoy a good BBQ. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for longer term rentals !

Just a stone`s throw away from the pulsating energy of Paceville`s nightlife, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

To enhance your stay, we provide Wi-Fi to keep you connected and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature.

Living Spaces| The open-plan living area is designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space is filled with natural light, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. We`ve furnished it with comfortable seating, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Paceville.

Outdoor Space | One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious private terrace. Step outside to find outdoor furniture, including loungers, where you can relax and soak up the sun. It`s also perfect for outdoor dining and BBQ gatherings, allowing you to enjoy the pleasant Maltese weather from the comfort of your own space.

Kitchen| Adjacent to the living area, our modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay, including a refrigerator, stove and oven. The dining area is conveniently located nearby, creating a comfortable space for gathering and enjoying meals with friends or loved one.

Bedrooms| The apartment features a tranquil 1-bedroom space designed for your comfort. The bedroom offers a restful ambiance and is flooded with natural light, creating a serene atmosphere that ensures a peaceful night`s sleep for our guests.

Bathrooms| 1 Full bathroom including a shower, while the other is a guest toilet which is accessible from the living area. Note for the third/fourth guest one is a sofa bed and the other is a folding bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Food enthusiasts will find a wide array of restaurants, cafes, and eateries serving delicious Maltese and international cuisine. From traditional seafood dishes to gourmet dining experiences, Paceville has something to satisfy every palate. Be sure to explore the local flavors and savor the Mediterranean delights.

Getting around Paceville and the rest of Malta is convenient and accessible, with various transportation options:

1. Public Transportation: Malta has an efficient and well-connected public transportation system, including buses. The bus network covers most of the island, making it a cost-effective way to explore Paceville and other areas.

2. Ride-Sharing Apps: Ride-sharing apps like Bolt, Uber, and other local alternatives are available in Malta. These apps offer a convenient and reliable way to request taxis and get around the island.

3. Rental Cars: If you prefer more flexibility and independence, you can consider renting a car. Many car rental companies operate in Malta, and having a rental car allows you to explore the island at your own pace.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

10. Being in the centre of PV, the apartment has everything within walking distance, but noises especially in the weekend could come through the double glazing.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
