This is 1 of 3 units on property. Our unique and beautiful design includes a rooftop saltwater swimming pool on the island, which is shared among the three units on the property. Enjoy breathtaking views from every area of the unit, including the pool and entire property.
In addition to its beauty and unique features, our studio unit provides practical amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With frequent power outages on the island, you can rest assured that our property has a whole-house generator with an automatic transfer switch, so you won't be left in the dark or have to deal with spoiled food.
The studio unit can accommodate 2 adults in a queen bed and features a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your meals, including a coffee machine (Keurig ) and a Vitamix blender. The unit also includes ceiling fans, lots of windows, a sliding door, and beautiful French doors. Of course, air conditioning is available too. You can watch your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV and enjoy wifi on the island, which is accessible anywhere in the unit and on the pool deck.
Other amenities available to our guests include a large saltwater pool, a propane grill on the pool deck, electronic security gate, and Kangen water filtration system, so you don't need to buy expensive bottled water at the grocery store.
We take pride in providing useful perks for our guests, such as a cooler to bring to the beach, beach chairs (upon availability), beach towels, and a large propane grill with a side burner on the pool deck. The property's new concrete driveway provides ample parking for everyone on the property.
