Sugar Hill’s quiet, unspoiled neighbor is the Virgin Islands National Park, above famous Trunk Bay and the North Shore beaches. You’ll be captivated by the ever-changing shades of blue and turquoise of Johnson's Reef and boats passing 800’ below. The villa’s ideal location is an easy drive to Cruz Bay Town for dinner or shopping. The nearest North Shore beaches are just a 12-minute drive. Care was taken in this beautifully appointed villa to make you feel at home, with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. No detail was overlooked. Absolutely perfect! Gorgeous, clean, excellent hosts. We have rented many vacation houses, and this was by far the most well furnished, stocked with kitchen/dining needs, beds were super comfortable, decorated thoughtfully. Both the owners and house manager were exceptional to communicate with - super responsive, patient, and helpful. Plenty of room, amazing spaces to entertain and lounge. Excellent location close to both sides of the island and a nearby grocery store. Can’t say enough great things! We hope to be back!

The most beautiful home we have stayed at on St John (been more than a dozen times)! Actually comfortable bedding and all felt like home! Breath taking views of Caribbean. Entirely equipped with everything you need and more! Stayed with our 3 kids and parents. The garden room (separate from main living quarters) gave my parents privacy.The Jack and Jill bathroom was the perfect set up for our 3 boys. Property manager, Kelsey,was so kind and attentive to all our questions and needs! Perfect location; close to grocery! I cannot say enough about Sugar Villa! We willabsolutely be staying here for years to come!

Everything about the property was wonderful. The house is nicely furnished and equipped, the view from the pool deck very beautiful and private. Trust Me, Your Search is Over!Our group of 6 adults stayed here August 14-19, 2025, and this property exceeded all expectations. We chose it for the central location, layout, and outdoor space with pool – it delivered on every front.Location & AmenitiesPerfectly situated 10-15 minutes from both Cruz Bay and Maho Bay, with Midway Deli & Supermarket just 2 minutes away. Each bedroom has AC and incredibly comfortable beds with great privacy. The well-equipped kitchen and upgraded bathroom amenities were excellent touches. When returning to the villa in the afternoon, we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful patio and pool.Outstanding ServiceCommunication with owners and property managers was exceptional. When Hurricane Erin passed during our stay, they maintained constant contact for our comfort & safety. The property manager even came out to assess a fallen tree and offered to drive us for supplies – service above and beyond!Bottom LineThis experience was worth every penny. The ideal location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We're grateful to have found this gem and look forward to returning to Sugar Hill. **You will not be disappointed!**

Our family loved Sugar Hill. The house was outfitted with everything you could need. The bedrooms are all just beautifully appointed. Kitchen is great for large gatherings. Location is very private and the views are fantastic. We went to the state park beaches every day!!! Really enjoyed our time at Sugar Hill and hope to return again.

Breathtaking Views!

We stayed at the Sugar Hill Villa the first week of March. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly need! The view has to be one of the best on the island. We enjoyed several sunsets from the patio! We had a couple of small issues with the house and the property owners were on top of them immediately! I appreciate the attention to detail provided by the owners. Thank you sharing your beautiful home with my family! I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful!

Our group (of 8 women) was very pleased with our stay at Sugar Hill Villa. The home is beautiful, clean and well appointed - the soaps and hair products were a lovely touch! The view was incredible, made even better by several sitting areas - we saw 2 rainbows! The location is wonderful - easy roads and close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches. It was also VERY convenient to have a gas station and market so close. We’ll definitely be back!

Spectacular Views

This home is amazing. It’s equipped with anything you might need and the views are incredible. Sitting out on the patio with the beautiful view was such a great end to our days. Beds are very comfortable and everything was spotless. The pool was perfect for the kids. Having all the beach chairs, towels and coolers made our beach days even better. They truly thought of everything. We will be back!

Great property that exceeded our expectations. Well stocked for hosting a group, great serving items. The house was whistle clean, beds were very comfortable. View and privacy was outstanding. Only compliant was the internet was spotty, but that is more an issue with the island carrier and not the house. The owner and management company were on it to try to help to the degree they could!

Birthday Celebration in STJ

Sugar Hill Villa was the perfect vacation home for our family. There were 6 adults and a toddler in our party. The floor plan worked out very well. The villa was clean and stocked with all the needed supplies for a comfortable stay. The view at Sugar Hill is spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor eating & lounging areas as well. The decor in the home is lovely, and made us all feel even more relaxed. The location was ideal for us. It is close to the beaches, Cruz Bay, and Coral Bay. The hosts were friendly & responsive, and take great pride in their home. We would all recommend staying at Sugar Hill Villa.

Beautiful Escape

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this amazing home! We loved the beautiful view, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and privacy. Little touches provided such as coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels made beach days fun and easy. Not once did we have to contact the management company for any concerns throughout our stay. I highly recommend this tastefully decorated gorgeous home! You won’t want to leave!

Family of 5, our 2nd time in St John. We all enjoyed the house, and everyone thought it was a great house. We had everything we needed, didn’t want for or miss anything. Unfortunately we were out at beaches and dinner every day and didn’t get to spend as much time as I would’ve liked. Would have been a great place to enjoy the pool and beautiful view. Everything about it was top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

We loved our time at sugar hill villa! The view was amazing and the house had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The driveway is a bit steep but once you’ve done it a few times you’ll be a pro! And having the Midway market and Coco Jim’s so close was great. We also loved being close to the Windmill Bar! Our group ranged from 14-85 and home was perfect!!! Thanks for a great vacation Sugar Hill!

Even better than expected!

This house is stunning. People hike hours for a view that this house has simply from the deck. The house itself is even better than the photos. It has everything you need. It is super clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for two teenage girls with each their own room. The little details like in the primary shower are incredible and the outside space is perfect. The pool, landscaping, door to half bath
 all make for a relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend you stop your search right here with Sugar Hill!
