The condo is managed by RSLM management and they are amazing. Prompt, friendly and patient with newcomers to the island. The condo itself is third or fourth floor with perfect views. Very close to town (Cruz Bay) so that you can walk to restaurants, stores or shops. The condo is recently renovated and in great shape. Very comfortable all round with touches like coolers, chairs, washing machine/dryer, two types of coffee machines. I highly recommend this unit if it's available !

St John escape was perfect for my husband and I to visit. We loved the convenient location walkable to all restaurants the ferry and shops in town, incredible view, hospitality when arriving by Michelle, and it was clear the unit was well cared for. All kitchen items were in great condition, and we appreciated the beach chairs and garage parking space. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was one of the best. There was even spices, sunscreen, toiletries and beach towels. We plan to return with our child next time. Thank you for a great stay!

Hurricane screens went up Tuesday and never came down for the rest of our stay. We left on Friday morning Storm moved in overnight on Tuesday and was gone Wednesday morning. We could at least squeeze through the side of screen but it totally obstructed our view

Unbelievable place. Some say the pictures and video don't do it justice. It does!!!! The views, the location, the cleanliness, the amenities....did I mention the views? Leslie and Peter were very responsive to our needs. Some of the restaurants were closed due to the season but we knew that going in.....plenty of the great ones were still open. St. John beaches are the real reason to go. Had a blast visiting Jost/Van Dyke. Another highlight was renting a dinghy right in front of the building and beaching it on Honeymoon Beach for the day. Thank you Leslie and Peter for allowing us to use your condo to celebrate our 40th anniversary!!

Everything you need!

This condo has everything! It is beautiful, has a spectacular view and every amenity that you could need for your stay. All you need is your clothes and nothing else. Towels, chairs, noodles, every appliance, literally everything has been thought of! I will be back! Absolutely loved the property and the owners were very quick to respond to questions I had prior to arrival. Walking distance to all the local spots in town and a spot in the garage for a vehicle. I could go on and on! We loved our vacation and will be back!

There is so much good that can be said about this place. To start, Leslie and Peter were great since I first booked the place. Leslie called me once I arrived in St John to help figure out the check in process. The place was clean and in such a perfect location. It is within walking distance of all the restaurants/bars that are in downtown Cruz Bay. This was so convenient for us to be able to walk downtown whenever we wanted too. The pictures do not do justice for how amazing the views are from the balcony. We found ourselves waking up early to catch sunrise and then watching the sunset before heading out for the night. After being out in Cruz Bay, we would spend the remainder of the night on the balcony just taking in the views. The condo had everything we needed to be able to cook and it was great to have laundry in the unit. This allowed us to do some laundry throughout the week. There were beach chairs, coolers and towels that we used for the beach daily. Lastly, we rented a Jeep so it was nice to have a parking spot at the condo. For the most part, we would explore during the day then park the Jeep at night and head downtown. I would highly recommend this place and if we are able to get back to St John, I would not want to stay anywhere else!

The place was clean, location perfect & view was spectacular. Leslie & Peter couldn’t have been more helpful & all of their suggestions on dining & sightseeing were spot on. Great spot in Cruz Bay

Very nice condo. It has been recently updated. Very comfortable and well equipped. Next to town so an easy walk to bars and restaurants. There is also a grocery store within walking distance. Check in was easy. The person that met us at the ferry dock was very nice. We had one issue with the plumbing in the kitchen but the resort maintenance quickly resolved it. I would recommend trip,isurance. The cancellation policy is no refunds within 60 days of arrival.

35th Anniversary and a Gal Named Fiona

I cannot say enough about this property and the owners. If you’re looking for convenience this is the place. Location is excellent as the view right over Cruz Bay is gorgeous, and literally right outside you are walking distance to the taxis which take you to the many beaches ( personally we didn’t need a rental car). Also walking distance to many restaurants. The month of September many restaurants close down but you still have a variety. However, the grocery store is a 5 minute walk away, and thank goodness for that. Tropical Storm Fiona (which developed into a hurricane after it passed over St, John) forced everything to shut down for 2 days, so stocking up on food was easy. The condo unit was well appropriated with everything you need to cook. And I must note that with Fiona we were worried we would lose power..,they have a generator so all was good! While a vacation unit’s comforts, cleanliness, and location are all important, equally important are the owners. Leslie’s concern for us during Fiona was quite impressive and she actually called us from Europe (we never heard from the local management company regarding Fiona). And it was apparent that her concern was not about her property, but rather that we would still enjoy our vacation. We did Leslie! We look forward to another trip to St John and would stay here again without question!
