Don't be fooled! Firstly, this is not a villa, it's essentially a cabana around a bunch of other ones connected to each other. There are lights directly outside of the room (and no curtains, just transparent, paper thin cloth) that go on and off all night, every time a car drives by, illuminating the entire bedroom. If you try and hang in the living room at night, the stadium lights from the car barge light everything up and ruin the view. The pillows were the worst, they were only the giant display pillows you'd take off before going to bed, there's no way to survive this unless you're still a teenager.The house is owned by a large rental company that makes no effort towards actual comfort, just enough to get some good photos.

This place was everything we hoped for — peaceful, clean, and so convenient. The host was super responsive and gave great local tips, from snorkeling spots to must-try eateries. We loved having our morning coffee while listening to the island birds and watching the boats come into Cruz Bay. Highly recommend!

Condo for adult eco-tourists.

We are also VRBO owners, so in our humble opinion- this place should not be marketed as luxury. Prepare to be surprised as one receives a check-in email (~1 hr before the actual arrival) that the entire property does not have drinkable water (the supposedly bottle water has never materialized); you need to use electricity responsibly and will be charged for excessive usage. That was a joke, I would much appreciate a heads up that island has power outage instead. There is no onsite garbage collection, and you will need to walk outside the property. It's not a big deal, but it's not “luxurious or charming” by any means. (One will get the note that if trash is left upon one, it will incur a $500 fee.) There is About a 4-plus-hour outage daily, two days straight, while it is island-wide. Anything to mitigate would be nice—no battery-operated fans, flashlights, etc. The walk to the beach is about 30 min - not a big deal for adults, but I would not walk with little kids, in some cases no side walks. The property is a bit of a mismatch- leaving room and deck really nicely furnished. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC.

Great Location and Beautiful View

This location was amazing! Great view of the sea-easily walkable to restaurants. One just watch out is that it does back up to a main road occasionally used by trucks which can make the walk a bit hairy. I wouldn’t recommend with young kids but for older teens and adults in good shape easy to navigate. Just remember to pull all the way over and keep an eye on cars moving down the hill. Otherwise the place is very well appointed and nice. Also keep in mind since it is outdoor living style if it’s hot it will be hot! lol. We hit a heat wave and it was very hot. There are windows AC units in the bedrooms only. Otherwise loved our stay and the spot!
