St. James Stay

Property was perfect for our stay to visit relatiives. Huge fenced in back yard for our dog. The two living areas were great, both had tvs. Kitchen was roomy and plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Would stay here again.

Heroes Half Marathon weekend!

Easy check-in. Clean home. Unloading is a bit of a walk from driveway to front porch. Huge fenced backyard for dogs was great. Possibly clear some brush along decline as the dogs loved to explore for rabbits! Onsite washer and dryer was great. Pots and pans in kitchen were nice ! Thank you!

We had a great stay at this property. My dog really enjoyed running around the backyard. Ants were found on the couch and communicated with the host. Nothing was done to rectify this for us. Otherwise really great place near downtown St James.

Only issue waa I didn't like having to take care of trash can. It was already at the curb when we got there Wednesday but then had to roll both carts back up on Friday morning. Don't mind taking my own trash out but picking up others that fell out and rolling back up was not so pleasant.

Game day and fishing.

We came to watch our grandson play in his first football game at Missouri S &T. Then we spent two days trout fishing and exploring the Merimac river and St James. Our stay was good, and the house met all of our needs. I would have liked the yard to be a little more inviting. especially the back porch as the furniture cushions were dusty and spider webs were on the back side. Also, the grill had not been cleaned since last used. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

This little house is in an ideal location. Within walking distance of the quaint town as well as the football field. The kitchen had everything necessary and we added some sugar for the next guests. The linens were high quality and the furnishings period specific which was beautiful. The smart tv in the livingroim worked wonderfully for us to log into our streaming services. The best part was the back porch overlooking the garden Gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.
