Tucked away down the iconic Street-An-Pol just yards from St Ives’ postcard-worthy harbour, Tregurno boasts four beautifully furnished bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open plan living / dining room, as well as a gorgeous newly fitted separate kitchen. A colour palette of creams and naturals flows throughout, with an elegant painted staircase connecting the downstairs living areas to the upper floor. Bright, light-flooded and spacious, the entire home is filled with sumptuous furnishings and contemporary design elements while original features like overhead beams, sash windows and alcoves feel authentic and in keeping with the cottage’s past.

To the front of the property there’s a sunny terrace with a bistro table and chairs as well as a handy outdoor shower for rinsing off salty toes and wetsuits under, while to the back you’ll discover a pretty, walled courtyard garden that’s big enough to host al fresco dinner parties with all your guests, along with a stylish hot tub and ceramic Kamado charcoal barbecue.

St Ives is a dream family holiday destination best known for its unique atmosphere, narrow streets, blue flag beaches and art scene. The town’s attractive harbour is less than a minutes’ walk away, with its buzzing restaurant culture, galleries and shops also within very easy reach.

We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Please note that the bunk beds are suitable for children. As a result, Tregurno sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

Pets: 2 Pets accepted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £50 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Lovely house in great location

Beautiful house in a great location, house set up and furnishings superb. Living room & kitchen great layout. Bathrooms very nice with good quality units. Had an issue with the hot tub which was sorted very quickly.

Everything about the stay and the service was perfect. The location, the interior, the amenities. The house was pristine and we easily could have stayed for much longer. So many places to visit in the local area and luxury stay coastal provided so much information in the welcome pack, as well as being greeted by a lovely hamper. Thank you for our perfect holiday!

A lovely, comfortable place to stay in the heart of St Ives

We had a great stay in Tregurno. The accommodation was very comfortable with lots of nice equipment and comfortable furnishings. The hot tub was especially welcome. The location was excellent allowing walking access to all the shops, cafes and restaurants in St Ives within minutes. The little road outside the property was surprisingly busy and care needs to be taken with small children when leaving.

Wonderful stay in a comfortable house. Great location and lovely extras. Hot tub was a treat!

What a lovely house. We had a really great stay. First time at Tregurno and we would definitely stay there again. Perfect location. Easy to drop off luggage then go and park. Lots of seating for all staying and a wonderful large table to sit at in the dining area. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good enough to it in the garden, but we could easily use the hot tub as it was under cover. A real plus that such a lovely house takes dogs. A welcome pack of at least some milk would have been useful, but the shops are so close this wasn't really an issue. Lots of other pluses! I would definitely recommend a stay at Tregurno

Holiday from 28th November to 7th December 2024

We stayed here because we wanted a spacious and comfortable space, as my son was getting married at Barnoon Chapel. The house is beautiful and we were very happy with it. The space enabled us to accommodate the wedding party before the ceremony. The house is home from home and there is everything you need to cater for the family. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was warm, cosy and having a dish washer and washing machine was a real bonus. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, and would be a lovely space to sit and chill out in finer weather. But sitting in the hot tub listening to the church chimes is very therapeutic. The location was perfect and there is a cafe just a few doors down and the beach just a few moments away. My fur babies really enjoyed their holiday too. We would definitely return to this property.
