Fully maintained extra large 5 Seater Hot Tub (2 loungers + 3 seats) - soak away in front of the bay views !

Recently renovated inside and out to a high standard.

Fully equipped open-plan kitchen including integrated oven, microwave, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, with large separate dining area for 8 with bay window/doors overlooking the sea.

Contemporary styled living room with real flame gas fire & snug area with access to the sun deck.

Nest smart home, Harmon-Kardon WiFi multiroom speaker system, 4k 50"+ Smart TVs in every bedroom and the lounge with a Blu Ray DVD player & soundbar/sub.

We had an amazing week stay at this beautiful house. The views are incredible and just a 5 minute walk to Carbis Bay & a stunning walk along the coastal path to St Ives. Great house, well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic hosts, great communication. Perfect base to explore Cornwall.

Fantastic location and view

Have just enjoyed a really fabulous stay at Supermen Wyn. The location is absolutely prefect.. 5-8 mins tumble down the beach, 5 mins to the station for an easy ride into St Ives and then a clutch of restaurants/cafes within walking distance and a TESCO on your doorstep... And what a view ...

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay Spernen Wyn. The view was fabulous and we had a much needed relaxing week away. With easy access to Carbis Bay beach and the costal path - makes it a perfect location! The hosts were easy to reach, quick to communicate, and very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Its very bright & spacious with very comfortable beds . Waking up to the beautiful view of Carbis Bay was gorgeous. We enjoyed the walk down to the beach & the walk back up kept us exercised ! Its a great location. We would definitely love to return !

Great location

The house is in a great location above the beach. It is just far enough to be above the bustle of Carbis Bay but close enough that even our six-year-old didn’t moan about the daily walk to the beach. The house has a lovely terrace and is very nicely furnished throughout. We had a lovely stay.

Fantastic house in lovely area

We had a wonderful week away in Carbis Bay. The house is immaculate and has such a relaxed feel. The beds are the best we have slept in. There is so much to do in the area and the walk to St Ives was a highlight. Would thoroughly recommend and hopefully will go back.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place

We loved our stay here. The house was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need. Very spacious and super comfortable with a stunning view of the bay from the rear. About 10 minutes walk to the beach and about the same to the local supermarket the location is ideal. Would definitely revisit if it was available.

Another fabulous stay in Spernen Wyn.

This is a great property. Well fitted throughout. Great location. Glorious view of the bay only 5 mins walk away - but with the drawback of a steep climb back if you're in your 70's!.Thoroughly recommend but please dont book it when we want to come for a third visit next year!!.Excellent host.

Spectacular Location

Great stay. Property is first class, every detail thought through. Fantastic view of the bay - relaxing enough in itself - even better when the sun shines! Be warned - geography makes it all a bit steep, yet manageable walk to (more so from..) the beach! Loved it

Lovely stay in a very clean and wonderful property. A beautiful view over Carbis Bay which I took in every morning on the decking with a cup of coffee. Good location to get around the southern tip of Cornwall. We had a great time.

The perfect stay

We had the most amazing time at Spernen Wyn. The location is unbeatable, 5min walk to golden sandy beach of Carbis bay, stunning 20 min coastal walk to St Ives, and Tesco on your doorstep. Hot tub has been a life saver on wet days! Fantastic communication with our hosts, and great recommandations. ( Gwithian walk was amazing!)

We had an amazing stay here just as we did a few years back. Everything is thought of, what I would say is that the house it self is in need of a little TLC but other than that we had a fantastic time and would defiantly stay again :)

Fabulous Cornish Coastal Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this Carbis Bay property. The house itself is spacious and modern, extremely comfortable and well equipped, with the standout feature being the coastal view enjoyed from the house and the spacious outdoor decking. The location is also fantastic being a short (albeit very steep!) walk from the lovely beach in Carbis Bay and around an enjoyable 40 minute walk along the coastal path to St Ives. Highly recommended.

Just had a wonderful couple of weeks in Carbis bay. We all just loved the house. Spacious, well equipped, comfy beds, enjoyed the hot tub and… wow what a lovely view (from every room!). Lisa and Neil were great hosts -communication excellent and any issues were dealt with speedily. Very handy for the nice sandy, sheltered beach at Carbis bay (good for SUP ) yes it’s a bit of a steep walk (5-10mins) but doable….Also handy for train into St Ives (takes 5mins) and some good local restaurant options. Loved it, want to go back!
