• Access Statement – Solstice is accessed via a series of steps from the parking to the front door, including an overstep threshold into the entrance of the holiday home. The landscape outdoor area features steps up to the outdoor lounge seating. The built-in hot tub is accessed via stepping down into the tub.
• Please note that the design at the start of the stairs from the living kitchen diner open plan space up to the first floor, does not allow for a stairgate to be fitted.
