Built into the slope, it is fully centrally heated and embraced by its neighbours this property is a comfortable, cosy haven, especially during the winter months.

Bedroom 1. Lovely view down Carnglaze Place towards The Wharf, Smeatons Pier and Porthminster Beach. Fully carpeted with king-size divan bed, white double wardrobe with storage drawer, chest of drawers, bedside chest, bedroom chair, reading lamps, hair dryer and large wall mirror.
Bedroom 2. Fully carpeted with twin divan beds, white chest of drawers, bedside chest, reading lamp and vanity mirror. Door to steps leading to a small courtyard with a little seating area which catches the afternoon sun. There is a cold tap, hose and hanging area for wetsuits etc. Access to Island Square.
