Just a 4 mile drive to downtown St Ignace and Mackinac Island ferries. All new furnishings including queen beds beginning summer of 2022. Located less than 1 mile to adjacent snowmobile and ATV trails via the Castle Rock Trail Head. Enjoy the open floor plan, large deck and yard. Easy access off I-75 and room to park trailer.

Simple ranch home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down. Refurnished June of 2022 . Large deck with outdoor seating lending itself to enjoying U.P. afternoons in the sun and evenings under the stars.

Kitchen provides space and equipment needed to make a quick meal, including pots and pans, cutting boards, and sharp knives. The coffee bar includes a choice of light and dark roast Starbucks coffee.

The house was comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.The location was a little out of the way. Having four bedrooms and one bathroom was not ideal, but that was in the listing. I would suggest having curtains on the sliding glass door. At night it seemed to lack privacy.

Very nice and clean. No central air, but they have a window unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms to help with heat. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead end. Good size backyard to hang out. Would have rated 4 stars but was disappointed that there was no grill despite the pics on VRBO showing a grill and the welcome packet stating there was a grill.

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to everything we wanted to do—golf, Mackinac ferry, casino, restaurants, etc. Easy on, easy off I-75. The home was very clean, ideal with having 4 bedrooms with queen beds, cozy and kitchen was well stocked with essentials we needed for cooking. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. Thank you!

UP Adventures

After spending a week in the Upper Peninsula we were looking for a place for our family of six to spend the weekend closer to Mackinac Island. This was one of the few four bedroom homes that we were able to find even five months before our stay. This home met our needs perfectly and the owners were very quick to respond to our needs. The house is minutes from the bridge and about 1.5 miles off the interstate.

It's good, I had trouble with the stove. I think it needs heavier pans to get the proper temp. I pushed down on the pan and it worked better. A razor blade can works just slide it across the black stIn.slide

Great House

Perfect location to everything and was a jump off to our stay in Mackinac Island. House had air conditioning which we greatly appreciated during the hot spell of our stay. Perfect for dogs with lots of space to walk them.

Great Out of the Way Getaway

Our group of 4 ladies slept well and enjoyed this quiet neighborhood just outside the main thoroughfare near Castle Rock. It was clean, and had just what we needed for a quick 2 night stop. A smooth 3 minute drive from all the main docks for cruising to Mackinac. Owners were friendly and knew about about the UP.

Lant Rd house

The house was very clean with plenty of linens for our party of 6. Located out of town on a quiet street but it was not too far away to be inconvenient to get to the local attractions and services. The property was as advertised. Even though we didn't use it, it had a nices soacious back yard.

Family Buggy weekend

House was extremely clean with comfy furniture and well stocked. Lester got back to me with answers to my questions right away. They even had local attractions and restaurant brochures to look at for making plans. The coffee, snacks and chocolate was a great treat!!! The location was great, close to town, and the trails. I couldn’t find the blow dryer that was listed. I didn’t pack mine because of the description, I was disappointed :(. A second bathroom would be great, but we made it work with the herd we had. But after a great weekend of riding the trails, it would have been nice to have a second one. Excellent place to stay!!!!!

Castle Rock House

My family and I had a great experience staying at Castle Rock, the location is very convenient and quite, and close to great attractions. This location meet our family needs and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our dogs absolutely loved the yard! I would highly recommend this for a vacation spot!
