Shelley Point, a quaint coastal town situated in St Helena Bay along
Cape Townâs West Coast welcomes you to the exquisite six bedroom, six
bathroom Villa View, where luxury meets seaside living. The Villa
accommodates up to 10 adults and 4 children comfortably making this the
perfect home for families or groups of friends looking for an
unforgettable coastal experience.
Enter the property and be greeted by a large majestic swimming pool
where guests can enjoy cooling off on hot summer days, soaking up some
sun on the sun loungers or sipping some cocktails at the seated area
alongside the pool. From the pool deck, step in to beautifully designed
open plan living space, exuding modern decor and elegance. High rise
ceilings with exposed beams create a more spacious environment with
large glass windows and doors surrounding the vicinity, allowing for an
abundance of natural light to flood the space. The sizeable kitchen
with counter side seating is fully equipped with everything you need
for a comfortable self catering stay ensuring all your favourite food
and drinks are prepared in style. For added convenience there is a
dishwasher and washing machine in the scullery area of the kitchen. The
kitchen overlooks an intimate dining area, seating up to eight guests
at a large wooden dining table and the cozy lounge area with a plush
U-shaped sofa and mounted flat screen TV makes the ideal place to get
comfortable and unwind.
Large stackable glass doors lead guests out from the living area onto a
magnificent patio boasting spectacular ocean views featuring an outdoor
fireplace, comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining table with chairs
seating eight guests. Upstairs living areas open to balconies with
glass balustrade and sea-facing outlooks. This is the perfect spot for
entertaining or just relaxing while taking in your surroundings. For
added entertainment, guests can make use of the pool table and lounge
area on the lower level of the house, or make their way down to the
beautiful sandy beaches via a private walkway directly from the villa.
After a refreshing swim, rinse off the sand and salt under the
convenient outdoor shower by the beach before heading back inside to
relax.
The Villa boasts six beautifully appointed bedrooms with three of the
bedrooms surrounding the pool while the other three bedrooms are
downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms are all pool facing with access to
the pool deck through glass sliding doors, they all have king size beds
and en-suite bathrooms featuring a bath, shower, toilet and basin in
each en-suite and an additional guest bathroom with a toilet and shower
alongside the pool area. The downstairs bedrooms offer two bedrooms
with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms including a bath, shower,
toilet and basin in each as well as access to the outside deck area
while the third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds making 4 single
beds available in this room.
Whether you decide to spend your time making the most of this stunning
Villa with breathtaking ocean views and tranquility at itâs finest or
you wish to venture out to the nearby towns such as Paternoster,
Langebaan, Saldanha, Port Owen, Jacobsbaai and Hopefield you are
ensured an unforgettable stay.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
