St Helena Bay is an extraordinary destination for relaxation and
exploration. With its peaceful charm and spectacular scenery, your
visit to the West Coast will be unforgettable. Located along the scenic
Cape West Coast, just 150km north of Cape Town, St Helena Bay—locally
known as Agterbaai—is a haven of tranquil beauty. Nestled within this
picturesque town is Shelley Point, where you’ll discover a delightful
three-bedroom property perfect for accommodating up to six guests in
both comfort and style. Situated within the prestigious Shelley Point
Golf Estate, this corner-stand home on the golf course offers an
exceptional retreat for your West Coast getaway.
Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a modern and elegant design
featuring an open-concept living area with high raised ceilings and
exposed beams. The rustic dining area integrates seamlessly with the
fully equipped kitchen, which boasts modern facilities and a convenient
separate scullery. Unwind in the inviting lounge with its mounted
flat-screen TV and large L-shaped couch, creating the perfect cosy spot
for relaxation.
While indoor braaing is not permitted, the outdoor braai facility with
pool and golf course views ensures epic Shelley Point sunsets. Step
outside to enjoy the beautiful dry garden with a private outdoor
swimming pool, ideal for soaking up the stunning surroundings. Secure
parking provides peace of mind for a worry-free stay.
This charming residence includes three bedrooms, two of which have
en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms feature two XL queen-sized beds and
one XL king-sized bed, with a third shared bathroom. The luxurious
bathrooms showcase floor-to-ceiling marble-patterned tiles, modern
sinks, and sleek fixtures, enhancing the home ’s elegant aesthetic.
Visitors can delight in kayaking, fishing, and sailing in the Bay's
calm waters, which teem with marine life, including dolphins and
seasonal whales. Discover the area's gorgeous beaches for leisurely
walks and beachcombing, with the nearest beach just 650 meters away,
and scenic walking trails to explore.
Load shedding won't be an issue, as the house is fully equipped with
renewable energy to run completely off-grid.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
