Look no further - you've found the perfect Northwoods retreat for your next family reunion or group getaway sitting right on the shoreline of Big Saint Germain Lake. Each of these two gorgeous dog- and family-friendly homes offers easy access to four seasons of outdoor fun right out the back door. The 1,600-acre lake is ideal for waterskiing, jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, or fishing, either with your own boat or right from either of two private docks. With four kayaks, a canoe, a 14-foot rowboat, towable tube, and a paddle pontoon boat at your disposal, and a public boat launch less than a mile away, it’s easy to get out on the water. Reel in the big one (or claim you did), then spend summer evenings grilling out at either home, and dining alfresco as a group.

At Summer Breeze, a small private beach is ideal for the kids. If you’d rather stay dry, several hiking and mountain biking trails are within just a few miles. Spend warm summer nights gathered around either large waterfront firepit, roasting marshmallows and admiring the stars. Wintertime visitors will find just as many outdoor diversions, with ice fishing for the particularly hardy, nearby snowmobile and cross-country ski trails, and the time-honored Wisconsin winter pastime of watching the Packers play in a nearby bar - there’s one just down the road.

Inside each home, you’ll find modern luxury combined with abundant old-fashioned lake house charm. The open-plan living area at Summer Breeze boasts spectacular lake views through wall-to-wall picture windows. Hardwood floors throughout, light coastal colors, and gently weathered, chic furnishings imbue the entire space with a Cape Cod vacation home feeling. Spend time snuggled up together in front of the wood-burning fireplace or relaxing with a cocktail, courtesy of the wet bar, in the sunny three-season room. The gourmet kitchen will please any chef, with gleaming countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a center prep island with breakfast bar seating. The adjacent dining table offers plenty more space for mealtime. Entertainment options at home include seven streaming-capable TVs, including one in each bedroom, a Ping-Pong table in the garage, and lots of board games.

At Endless Summer, the bright, open living space boasts modern, stylish furnishings, abundant natural light, and multiple cozy spots to gather with friends and family. Another gourmet kitchen awaits, featuring gleaming quartz countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, double French-door refrigerator, and wine fridge. Station the kids at the breakfast bar while the adults dine together at the adjacent table, then sip a glass of chilled wine in the pine-paneled three-season room, enjoying the lake view. A gas fireplace keeps everyone cozy here after days of adventure, and a poker table upstairs provides some evening adult diversions. Seven more streaming-capable smart TVs, with one in each bedroom once again, round out the entertainment options.

At the end of the day, 10 bedrooms in total promise a restful night’s sleep. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
