Perched right on the bank of Fawn Lake, this woodsy lakefront retreat will be just the ticket for letting life's worries simply slip away as you make unforgettable memories with loved ones. This home is perfectly divided between two accommodating floors, so everyone can get their own sense of privacy and find the perfect place to kick back and relax in style. The upper floor will be the hub for entertaining the whole gang, as the fully equipped kitchen boasts bar seating for four, a gas range, a coffee maker, and more than enough utensils to whip up tasty meals as everyone reminisces at the large dining table. The living area will also welcome everyone home after a long day of adventure, as the sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, and gas fireplace are just waiting to make the perfect ambiance for a movie night. Not to mention, grilling on the deck or sipping a cup of coffee in the morning breeze is hard to beat. The main bedroom and a guest bedroom are also on this level.

Head down to the lower level and you will find an adorable kitchenette with a microwave, bar seating, and a mini-fridge to whip up tasty snacks as you play a round of pool or cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace with a favorite show streaming on the flatscreen TV. A plethora of board games are also available for everyone to gather for some classic friendly competition. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on this floor. The bunk room includes a TV and DVD player. In the back, you'll find an eight-person patio set and a firepit with four chairs. You'll also find the sunroom has been fully furnished.

With such a convenient location directly connected to Big St Germain Lake and town, you will have no trouble finding year-round activities for the whole family to enjoy. In the summer, you can enjoy jet skiing, swimming, boating, and open water fishing on many of the nearby lakes ATV trail systems abound for the more adventurous guests. Less than two miles away, you'll find hundreds of miles of paved bike trails to explore with your friends. Come winter, ice fishing and snowmobiling the hundreds of miles of groomed trails in northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan will be a blast. When you want to head into town, take your pick of the equidistant downtowns of Rhinelander and Minocqua.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
