Welcome to Ocean Mile E-5! This beautifully decorated condo features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms sleeping 6 guests and is located poolside in the 300 Ocean Mile community. The first level features the dining, kitchen, living area, and half bath. The large master suite with a king bed is located on the top with floor with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. A Bunk room is conveniently located off the master suite with a single bunk bed and the guest bedroom with a queen bed is located on the second level with a neighboring full bath off the hallway.
BEDS: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 single bunk.
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, washer and dryer, newly updated townhome with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, poolside porch and balcony, community park-style charcoal grills in designated area, boardwalk to community pool and beach, concrete parking under unit.
