Welcome to Le Reve, a beautiful beachfront retreat located in the exclusive, gated community of The Plantation. This spacious home offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the privacy of a quiet coastal escape.
This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The first floor features a living area, perfect for gathering with family or friends. The master suite includes a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower. A bunk bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total) is ideal for kids or extra guests and is located next to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A queen bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo, provides additional space. The covered deck spans the width of the house, offering beautiful views of the Gulf and a portion of the deck is screened in for outdoor enjoyment in any weather.
The second floor features an open concept layout with a comfortable living area that includes seating, a large TV and wet bar. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless appliances, making meal preparation easy while enjoying the beach view. The dining area seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. An office is located just off the dining area for those who need a quiet space to work or read. A second master suite is also on this floor, complete with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bathroom is located off the landing. The deck on this floor offers a mix of covered and screened in sections, as well as a sun deck for soaking up the rays and enjoying the ocean breeze.
Outside, the private pool area offers plenty of seating and complete privacy. The exterior of the home includes under house and driveway parking, a fish cleaning station for those who enjoy fishing, an outdoor shower and a park-style grill for outdoor cooking. There's also a screened in sitting area beside the pool for shaded relaxation. A private boardwalk leads directly to the beach, providing easy access to the Gulf's sandy shores.
In addition to the home's private features, Le Reve offers access to The Plantation's amenities, including two community pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails and a bike path for exploring the area.
