Directly across the street from the beach this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers Gulf views from the private deck. An exterior stair case leads to the first level of the home. The first level features the tastefully decorated open concept common areas, kitchen, dining, half bath, and living area. The kitchen is well stocked, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar that seats four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table that seats six. The living area includes comfortable seating, TV, access to the private deck, and views of the Gulf of Mexico. The second level features the bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, views of the gulf, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV. The third and final bedroom features a double bunk bed and TV. The shared bathroom is equipped with a standard shower/tub combo. The exterior of Cotton Patch includes covered parking, private fenced in pool, enclosed outdoor shower, and park style grill.
