Put your TOES IN THE WATER at this fabulous Gulf front home located in the West Gulf Beaches area. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home sleeps 14 people! This home has an extensive interior remodel. New luxury vinyl plank floors throughout, newly painted kitchen cabinets in white, beautiful new quartz countertops in the kitchen and new backsplash, all new interior painting, furniture and decor.
The first floor features 4 bedrooms, a second living area, and a large covered porch. The living area includes a breakfast nook with a Keurig, mini fridge, ice maker, sink, and a large flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed over looking the Gulf with its own entrance onto the covered porch and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and a small personal balcony. The third has two single bunk beds with a small personal balcony. Fourth bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the Gulf with a personal door leading to the covered porch. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. The elevator services all floors and makes off-loading groceries and luggage a breeze! The large covered porch has a bar style outdoor table and multiple loungers to sun bath. The top floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom as well as a large covered porch. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, a kitchen island, walk in pantry, and a breakfast bar. A new circular dining table that easily seats 8. With multiple different seating options, the living room has a sofa, two large wingback chairs, and two
wicker style chairs with a large flat screen TV hanging over the gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a King bed and its own door out to the covered porch overlooking the
Gulf, and en-suite bathroom features both a shower and large soaking tub.
