With the location of this home you have full access to regatta park is only a short boardwalk away, perfect for kayak launching and shallow waters for your family to enjoy the bay without worries.



The home is a bayside paradise with an elevator. The Separate-concept living areas are perfect for multi-family vacation. On the Main-level you will find Master bedroom and handicap assessable bathroom, and a cozy reading nook, a well-equipped kitchen has all one needs to cook up tasty coastal meal. Dine together at the dining table or dine on the deck enjoying the evening bay view. There are three bedrooms and two bathroom on the first floor, providing plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. Repeat Renters guarantees a 10% discount.

Southern Coast rental properties and the property owner have provided for the purpose of customer convenience a



high quality hydraulic operated residential elevator and we maintain annually updated inspection and maintenance



contract with Gulf Coast Elevator & Lift Inc. located in near by Crawfordville Fl.



GCE&L Inc. has a rapid response policy & as per contract will respond to any elevator issue as per its urgency .



This elevator has a 25 year estimated life span & is currently in it's 11 th year .



However as with all mechanical devices break downs ( while rare ) Are always a possibility !



In the unlikely event of a breakdown in which required parts are not locally available or are temporarily out of stock the



required repair may take several days . unfortunately in this event we can not be responsible to reimburse the



renter for the entire cost of the rental .



We also highly recommend that if there is a member of your rental party who has a physical impairment that renders



them unable to negotiate stairs that you make sure there are other members of the rental party who can assist the



disabled person or persons up & down the stairs in the event of an emergency or until such time as the elevator repair



can be completed .



As of this time no such event has occurred at this property but be aware & be prepared , the possibility does exist .

The house is in a great location with lots of trees and views of the bay. It’s a well appointed and comfortable place. Our only issue was having to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the rest. It limited privacy for that guest. The elevator was not working so this was the only option. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Great house for friends reunion

This is partly a review about the house and partly for the area in general - me and 4 of my old high school friends stayed at the property for 4 days. The house was great for our needs - a bit oddly laid out but it didn't really matter. Ultimately, we had everthing we needed and were very comfortable. The area in general is a fantastic piece of the gulf coast - not overdeveloped like so many other places and a real laid back vibe that we were after. And truly some of the best seafood we've ever had (oysters and shrimp for sure). All-in-all strongly recommend this house and location for a relaxing and beatiful gulf coast getaway

Great time!

Everything was great. Plenty of beds & 3 bathrooms! Big pantry & great fire pit! So quiet & enjoys view of bay from windows. It needs a few more pieces of flatware (it sleeps 16), a potato peeler & cheese grater. However, we managed to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 13.
