Bienvenue à Island Sand Dollar!

Un cottage de plage confortable sur un niveau de 3BR / 2BA pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes au total. Island Sand Dollar est mis à jour et offre une vue sur le front de mer à la tarification «À travers la rue»!

En plus des meilleures vues sur le Golfe, le salon offre un couchage supplémentaire avec un canapé-lit queen-size et une grande télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Juste au-delà du salon se trouve une cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, et une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse.

La chambre principale du côté ouest comprend un lit king-size confortable avec une grande télévision à écran plat, une vue sur le golfe et une porte coulissante donnant sur la terrasse au bord de la plage. Cette chambre dispose également d'une salle de bains avec douche carrelée.

À l'extrémité opposée de la maison se trouvent deux autres chambres et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche combinées. La chambre avec lits superposés comprend un lit superposé double et la chambre avec lit queen-size, télévision, vue sur le golfe et porte coulissante donnant sur la terrasse. La terrasse au bord de la plage est un endroit idéal pour admirer la vue sur le golfe le jour et compter les étoiles sans fin la nuit.

Après une journée à la plage, rincez-vous dans la douche extérieure chaude / froide et installez-vous dans le coin salon ombragé sous la maison avec hamac paresseux et sièges supplémentaires, un endroit idéal pour se mettre au soleil tout en profitant de la brise du golfe.

L'accès à la plage se fait directement de l'autre côté de la rue par un chemin de sable. En moins de 20 secondes de marche, vous trouvez vos orteils dans le sable! Si vous pratiquez la pêche sportive, ramenez vos prises pour les faire griller. Nous avons un évier de nettoyage du poisson avec tuyau et un barbecue à charbon de style parc pour votre commodité.

Et n'oubliez pas votre famille à quatre pattes: nous autorisons jusqu'à 2 chiens de taille moyenne avec l'approbation préalable pour un montant de 75 $ + taxe par chien.

We loved the house! Great location, well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable. There was a veach wagon, chairs, beach toys and beach towels available for us to use. The beach access was just across the road and took only 2 or 3 minutes to get from our door out the the beach! We will definitely stay again!

The Island Sand Dollar was perfect for our stay in February. The proximity to the beach is only a few steps across the street. We did contact management one time and they quickly & efficiently supplied what we were missing.

Comfort in Paradise!

This beach house is really bright, welcoming, and relaxing. The location is perfect, and the beach at Saint George Island is beautiful! We would love to come back sometime and would highly recommend this place.

Great Beach Cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Island Sand Dollar. It was very comfortable and well-appointed for our party of 4. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach. Communication was also very good. We look forward to another visit. Thank you for sharing this cute cottage.

The property was great. Even though across the street, you could still see the water from the porch

We had a great time on our first trip to St George Island. And we enjoyed our stay at Island Sand Dollar very much. The House was very nice and accommodating for our family. We loved being able to watch the dolphins each morning and afternoon whether from the front porch or on the beach which was only steps away from the house.

Amazing location steps to the beach

The location of this property was just amazing! Steps from the beach and ocean views when you wake up! The property was clean and was well stocked for a VRBO. I would stay here again and I would also recommend to others. There are steps, so if you're not able to use steps this could be a difficult property.

The property was perfect for my husband and I and 1 another couple. This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at the Island Sand Dollar and was just as impressive as it was 4 years ago. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed to cook dinner with. The house was perfect and spotless and we will be staying again. Thank you for listing it and allowing us to stay there. BTW I replaced the batteries in the bedroom & my husband repaired the handle on the toilet. TY again!

Perfect size, perfect location, great value

My family of 5 includes three young children. The house was perfect for our family size, and we loved the easy beach access! The kitchen was great, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the hammock below the house was a huge hit. It felt so homey that my kids didn't want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great house at a great value on St. George Island.

The living room area was very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils one would need, and the beach decor and furnishings had all the beach feels that we were hoping for. The home is located just across the street from the beach via a sandy path that felt like our own the entire stay. The outside seating on the deck and under the house made perfect little spots to unwind and relax after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay at the Island Sand Dollar again.

Great Stay at Island Sand Dollar - Summer 2016

Don - We had a GREAT stay at Island Sand Dollar (ISD) this summer (14 nights!!). Your house is great! Access to the beach is quick and easy, which is one reason we chose ISD! We especially enjoyed the area under the house with the hammock and sitting area.....a great place to sit, enjoy the breeze and read a book!! The kids loved the outdoor shower!! No complaints, but if I did have one suggestion, it would be to provide some additional cooking items, e.g. a basic oven cookie sheet and a large casserole dish. Again, thanks for allowing us to rent your home and thanks again for a great two weeks!

We immediately noticed upon arrival how clean the home was—much cleaner than most we’ve rented. The decor is lovely, and the home was configured nicely four our family of four. We loved sitting on the newly re-decked porch to watch the sun set and the convenient beach access trail just across the street from the driveway. The kitchen is so well stocked, we were surprised. Overall, we loved this home and will likely rent it again.
