The Space:

Find yourself across the street from the sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico and make the most of your next family getaway in this bright home away from home! Upon arriving, you will immediately notice the open layout of the living area and kitchen that will make entertaining the whole group a breeze. Whip up anything from a poolside snack to a gourmet meal with ease with all of the appliances of home. Other useful amenities include a dedicated workspace, steamer, and dog crate. Bathroom amenities include hairdryer and curling iron. Plus, a quick load of sandy suits can be a breeze with the private washer and dryer so accessible. When the day heats up, the beach will be a perfect place to soak up some rays, yet the shared pool can be just the ticket for escaping the heat or watching the kids splash as you read the new novel you have been meaning to get around to. When nights come to a close, play a favorite movie on the TV and drift off to sweet dreams of more beach fun ahead.



Sitting in the heart of St. George Island, there will be no delay in packing days full of coastal adventures. The beach will be at your fingertips regardless of where you choose to venture on the island, yet there is much more to see and do. Head over to the St. George Island Lighthouse (one mile away) for a bit of sightseeing and pop into one of the local eateries and boutiques while in the area. If you are feeling extra adventurous, try your luck at catching a big one on a fishing charter!

The unit was in a great location right across from public beach access. Property was clean and well stocked, perfect for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. The unit is 1 of 6 in the building but no issues with noise or parking. We would stay again!

Absolutely Perfect for Our Family Getaway

This home was the perfect place for us—two adults, two kids, and one happy dog! It had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing, stress-free stay. The beach is just across the road, and the boardwalk has a ramp that goes all the way down to the sand, which made it super easy to pull our wagon full of beach gear.The outdoor shower right by the pool entrance was a huge plus! It made cleaning off after beach days so convenient—we rinsed off our dog, fishing rods, and beach chairs every day. I also loved the location of our room right next to the pool. It felt more private and peaceful, without people constantly walking by or hanging out right next to us.Having a washer and dryer available was a game-changer. I like to keep everything clean and fresh when we travel, and this made it easy. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire home was clean, tidy, and well cared for.They even provided thoughtful touches for our dog—food and water bowls, and a cozy couch blanket just for him. Plus, the location is great—just a short drive to all the best restaurants and local spots.This place was so perfect for us, I honestly don't know if we’d want to stay anywhere else next time!A couple of small suggestions that could make future stays even better: providing black washcloths specifically for makeup removal would be a thoughtful touch, and a few extra trash bags would be helpful for guests staying longer.

Cozy and chill... very clean! Would definitely rent again. Hard part was figuring out the tv channels at first. The kitchen utensils were amazing i barely even wanted to use them, but a great variety for all needs.

Great stay

My family and I stayed here for a short visit during spring break. We loved the location. The beach is literally across the street. We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the front patio that was so close you could hear and see the waves. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick break

Just as advertised.. clean and directly across road from beach access. The unit had everything that we needed and is ideal for a couple or small family. Located on the West side of the island which we liked as there is less beach traffic. We would stay again.

Attic beach blast

The place was clean , great location, short quick walk to beach boardwalk, way to cold for pool ( no way to plan for that) . All was great but only on little default, the mattress needed replacement ASAP. Like two turtles on their backs fighting for there life just to stay close together
 We were very tired from 700 mile trip not enough to go kicking, spitting, or raising the blues about

Great place

Great place, very clean. Everything you need is there. Walkway to beach is right across the street. The unit backs up to the shared pool so I could see where it could get a bit loud but it was quiet for our stay We will be back.

The location of our condo was right across from a boardwalk and a few minutes from restaurants. I think as able to text questions throughout my stay and I got immediate responses. Highly recommend!
