Experience this beautiful home, Destination Relaxation!

Boasting 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private pool and fabulous views of the Gulf. Destination Relaxation is a premier home in every way! Walking into this home you are greeted by a lovely open floor plan with luxury plank flooring throughout the home, a light and bright kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, a dining room table with seating for 8 and 4 barstools at the kitchen island. The living room is expansive with plenty of room for the whole family, featuring comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and stunning views of the Gulf.

On the beach side of the house, there are two spacious bedrooms with king beds, smart TVs, expansive views of the Gulf, and private bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the other has a stand-up shower. There are two guest suites on the front side of the house. One bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. The fourth bedroom offers a retreat for the littles in your family. Two sets of twin bunk beds, a smart TV, and a shared bathroom right next door with a tub/shower combo. The spacious laundry area has a new, full size washer and dryer.

The large covered deck spans the width of the home with stunning views of the Gulf and the expansive pool area. You are steps away from the beautiful sand beach via a private boardwalk. Under the home, there is an inviting, shaded picnic area. The fish cleaning station includes a sink. There is also a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. You will love the brand new pool with a small shelf for kids to play in the water. In the private pool area, you will find plenty of loungers and chairs and a shaded seating area to avoid the summer sun. There is also a park style charcoal grill.

The home has plenty of parking available under the home and in the extended paved driveway. Golf carts can be rented on the island, and it is a quick trip to SGI restaurants and shops via East Gorrie Drive.

Great Month here

My husband and I spent the month of February in this house. We had friends and family come to visit at various times during the month. The house is clean, comfortable and has a great layout. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed. The view of the gulf at sunrise was amazing! We were very pleased with the whole experience. Finding the complete series of the Forgotten Coast books in the house was great. I have always meant to read these. No negatives at all, but do be aware that there is not an elevator, so do not pack too heavy.

Sunrise, Sunset & Stars

This home is beautiful and comes with everything you could possibly need for a scenic, enjoyable, and relaxing beach vacation. It’s even nicer and more spacious than what you see in the photos. The beach is really stunning and when we visited (December) we enjoyed both the sunrise and the sunset from this amazing location! The stars at night from the state park (just down the street) were spectacular and included a view of the Milky Way. We enjoyed day trips to nearby Apalachacola and visited the Raney House, Gorrie Museum, and Trinity Church where we learned a lot about the history of the region. We really had fun! The only recommendation I have for future guests is to bring a cooler full of groceries as we found the selection of groceries in this part of Florida to be limited. But, all in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and highly recommend it!

Great house!

Enjoyed this house. It was the perfect beach house from the location on the beach to the private pool, perfect beach decorations and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed for cooking. Our family truly enjoyed staying here. It felt like this house was designed and built with the beach vacationer in mind. Would definitely stay here again.
