Welcome to Sea Dreams Beachfront SGI where you can relax and have fun with friends & family. Just steps away from the white sugary sandy beach and gorgeous Gulf waters, this home has many recent upgrades & also provides access to a community pool for the whole family to enjoy. This tastefully decorated home is located close to the State Park, local restaurants and shops, and easy access to the bicycle path. The uncrowded beach gives it a peaceful vibe and is perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets while you sip your coffee or wine from the deck, master balcony, living room or even from your king bed!

This townhouse has:

❇ The master bedroom is on the top floor with a KING bed; the guest bedroom has a QUEEN bed; a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room

This townhouse is a part of 300 Ocean Mile which is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. đŸš« Unfortunately, golf carts are not allowed on E Gulf Street.

This is a nonsmoking property and absolutely no parties allowed~

â–ȘBOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum age to book is 25 years old. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. A government approved ID submission will be required to ensure that it matches the person placing the booking.

There will be a rental agreement emailed to you after booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours will result in cancellation of the booking.

A security deposit using a valid credit card is required to book our beach house that takes effect before arrival. The security deposit hold is run a few times before check in, on the day of check out and then released 7 days after departure.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for weather, weather related changes, or natural disasters.

Please purchase travel insurance with trip interruption coverage for trip protection. This website offers many different insurance providers: Squaremouth (Travel Insured International: FlexiPAX or Trawick international) or you may purchase through Owner Reservations which will be offered to you when you sign the rental agreement. *Choose the option covering TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION*

We are not responsible for any items that are left behind inside the house so please do a walk through of the house before you leave.

â–ȘCAMERA and ALARM SYSTEM DISCLOSURE:
There is a live camera at the front door and back sliding door, as well as an active alarm system. The alarm system is only set to ON in between guest stays. Tampering with these equipment are not allowed and will result in $ penalty.

â–ȘQUIET HOURS:
9pm - 8am

â–ȘCHECK OUT:

Sea Dreams Beachfront has a strict check out time of 10 am. The housekeepers will need to access the beach house at that time to prepare for the next guests and maintain our standards of cleanliness. A late check out fee of $100/hr may be charged if the housekeepers are made to wait to get into the house.

â–ȘEXTERMINATOR:
Due to the tropical climate it is in, Saint George Island is prone to bugs and wildlife. Sea Dreams Beachfront receives regular pest control service. Although regular pest control is done every other month to minimize unwanted critters from getting into the house, please keep in mind that SGI is a tropical island and that nature cannot be controlled.

My family had such a lovely stay here! Our trip to SGI was all about resetting and rejuvenating, and it was the perfect place to do just that. The condo was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked, we truly didn’t want for anything. Since it was the off season, there was a bit of nearby construction, but the host was so responsive, kind, and genuinely caring, which made us feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a relaxing, easy, and enjoyable stay, and we would happily recommend this space to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

We had a great stay thanks to the hospitality of Kristen and her amazing property. She was extremely prompt with her responses to all questions prior to and during the stay. She provided information regarding not only every aspect of the house but also the island. The property is very well maintained and stocked with everything you would need for a memorable trip. It is located near the state park entrance which made daily bike rides a breeze. I would recommend her property as well as would personally book again.

Beautiful, relaxing time away

Our stay at Sea Dreams was beautiful. There were chairs on the back deck overlooking the ocean. We spent much of our time out there as well as on the beach, taking long walks or just sitting with friends. The townhouse was extremely clean, organized and had everything we needed, including handsoap, trash bags and shampoo and conditioner. It was an extremely relaxing and fun!

Great getaway spot

This property is exactly what we were hoping to find. We wanted beachfront, pet friendly, private and unobstructed beach. Although roomier than we needed, we enjoyed the lovely space. The condo is equipped with everything you might need and then some. There were a couple of minor glitches upon arrival, but the owner responded immediately. My only wish is that it was closer to our home. If so, we would be back frequently.

Amazing!

Everything about this place was amzing, starting with the host. I have never had such a wonderful experience. Very quick to respond. She sent a digital guest book with directions on how to use items in the house. It also had information about places in the area. The condo was absolutely beautiful. It is literally right on the beach. The view from the living room and master bathroom cant be beat. I could even hear the ocean at night in the bedroom WITH THE WINDOWS SHUT. I choose on the beach because I knew my grandaughters woild not want to stay out for extended amounts of time. It was no problem taking them back and forth. We could even watch from the window or balcony as my husband and son fished during the girls' breaks. The 2 full baths was so helpful when we all came in from the beach. No waiting to shower. (The half bath on the main floor was also great! No need for the littles to have to go up and down stairs to use the bathroom.) The only suggestion I would make would be to add a kid lock on the back door. (Or even a lock high up) I worried about the youngest the whole time. We will 100% stay here again.

Stylish & Relaxing Family Getaway

Our family, including fur babies, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kristine’s lovely townhome. The home is decorated with a fantastic up-to-date style that is welcoming and relaxing. The unit is well stocked, including many options of games and beach accessories. The location is perfect, as it is in a non-crowded area of the island. Morning walks while watching the sunrise are worth the early alarm. Kristine was very responsive and prompt in her communication. She truly cares about her guests’ needs. We are looking forward to our next stay here in July!

St. George Townehouse

This was our first visit to the island! Kristine was awesome when messages were sent and responded immediately! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Loved the townehouse and the area! Was disappointed in the number and types of restaurants in the area. Most were either a raw bar, pizza place, or bars that only offered mostly deep fried food's. Would definitely come back, but would be more prepared food wise. This was the perfect place on the beach with besutiful sunsets!
