Featuring two queen beds, a fireplace, a kitchenette, and a private patio, it’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of fun. Stay connected with free WiFi, enjoy Roku TV, and unwind in the jetted tub. Resort amenities include two sparkling pools (family + adult), a hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, fitness center, laundry facilities, and more.

Our home is located in a private, quiet resort-style community filled with amenities and outdoor fun. You’ll find parks, hiking trails, pickleball courts, pools, and more. Perfect for relaxing or staying active. Just a short drive away, you’ll find great local restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, making it an ideal getaway spot.


Self Check-in: Our condo has a keyless entry door lock for your convenience. There is no on-site staff. I will email you a keypad code before your arrival.

Guests have access to the entire unit, and outdoor private patio.

On the property, guests have shared access to 2 Pools (Adult only & Family), a hot tub, 4 pickleball courts, a tennis court, an exercise room, communal laundry, and an ice machine.

Melted Massage is located on-site. Book a facial or massage for extra relaxation. Book your reservations early.

No Parties or Events:
• Our home is for relaxing stays only. Violations may result in cancellation and fees.

Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, depending on cleaning schedules.

Quiet Hours:
• Please keep noise down from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

No Smoking or Vaping:
• Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted indoors, on porches, or in shared spaces.

Guest Limits:
• Only the number of guests listed on your reservation may stay overnight.

Pets:
• $50 per pet. Dogs only, with prior approval. Sorry, no cats or other animals.
• Please bring your own pet blanket if your pup joins you on the furniture.

Pool towels, pickleball paddles, and balls are provided for your enjoyment.

We provide a starter supply of paper products and toiletries; you may need to purchase extras for longer stays.

Wi-Fi is included.
