â Any lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee of $50 per key.
â Please do not move any furniture or artwork within the house without prior approval from the host.
â Please do not use any candles or other open flames inside the house.
â Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
