The Ledges vacation community, located just north of St. George, Utah, boasts 360 degrees of stunning views. With countless trails moments away and a captivating golf course on-site, it's easy to see why The Ledges has become a cherished family tradition for many. Enjoy the two community pools and pickleball courts or savor a meal at the Fish Rock Grille overlooking the golf course. Fun St. George getaway

The house we picked to stay at was excellent! It was very clean and well kept and everything was updated nicely. The cupboards and shelves were stocked. The hot tub was a hit. Location was beautiful. One of my only complaints was that the four bunk beds in the loft were decently comfortable, however they were NOT long enough beds for an adult. All of us sleeping on the bunk beds had to sleep kinda at an angle. So as long as you are aware of that or just plan to have kids sleep on the bunk beds then you'll love your stay! It was a great getaway and we made fun memories together!

The perfect property for us

We really loved this condo! The private balconies and Hot Tub were our favorite thing about the unit. It was missing a few very basic supplies, they were low and toilet paper and some basic Kitchen Supplies. The management team immediately responded and brought us more TP. We would stay at this property again!

Clean, Spacious & Fun!

We had a great time staying in this property! The location was perfect for visiting Snow Canyon State Park, Tuachan, and St. George. We loved the 2 separate family areas, the fun loft and the hot tub. Everything was clean and comfortable and we also enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a good time renting this property. The pool was a bit packed and smaller than we thought it was going to be and there was a ton of people in the neighborhood but that is just nit picking. We also went during memorial weekend, so i am sure on another weekend it wouldn’t have been too bad. But Overall the property was super nice and clean. The hot tub was nice to have access too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Quick getaway!

My husband and I went on a quick getaway and have always heard how awesome St. George is! It did not disappoint! We looked at so many properties and were so glad we chose this place to stay! It was way too much house for the 2 of us but we loved the location not being right in town. We enjoyed the hot tub at the house, the pool that was right across the street, the golf course and the Fish Rock grill at the clubhouse was our favorite place to eat! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, lots of space

We loved our stay here. The place was sparkling clean and there was plenty of space to spread out. While the teens enjoyed the community pool, the private hot tub was an added bonus that we all enjoyed in the chilly January evenings. We look forward to coming back so we can enjoy the patio when the weather is a bit warmer.

Girls Weekend

This was a very nice property and clean. It was further from St George than I expected but that could be because I am not familiar with the area that much. It was still fairly close to drive in - about 15 min. The only problem we had was that the internet was down and the alternate was sketchy at best. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
