Whether you want to swim, kayak, paddleboard, or simply soak up the sun, this lagoon is the perfect place to do it all while having access to the community pool and hot tub.


Your Casita is up the stairs and located above the garage (garage not included in rental). Additional public parking spots are available on Marilla Street.

The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
