Come stay in our condo located perfectly for adventure seekers or workers. Free covered parking along with an abundance of property amenities including: pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball court, racquetball court, fitness center, and outdoor eating and play areas. Close to several national and state parks like Zions, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Snow Canyon/Tuacahn Amphitheater. A perfect place to come home to after your daily adventures...

This quiet condo is located in Sports Village Resort. Located on the main floor once in the building with easy access covered parking. 50" flat screen TV in living room. Full dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large bathroom, soaking tub. Pool towels are also supplied for use in clubhouse. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 2 with a comfortable queen size bed. Extra sheets and blankets provided. You also have access to a washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. High speed wireless internet is provided along with Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.
Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool -heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

Delightful 5-Day Vacation Stay St George UT

During our 5-day stay, we celebrated our 62nd Anniversary together. From our base, we were able to visit family, friends, and again enjoy St George and its environs. We were pleased with the facility we stayed in. It was clean and welcoming. We will come back.

Anniversary stay

Property was great! Close to hiking and just a short Lyft away from downtown. The condo had access to all amenities- pool table, shuffleboard, mini golf, pool, basketball, and more. Just an hour away from Zion national park.

Great Place

The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Had all the supplies that we needed. It is an older unit but well cared for. The common areas are in need of some upkeep. The doors to the building really need to be painted and the pools and hot tubs had several missing or damaged tiles. We enjoyed our stay here though.

Month- long stay

The condo was great and it’s next to some nice hiking and mountain biking trails with gorgeous views. Also walkable to a really nice park (Cottonwood Cove). Over the month we only had to reach out to the owners twice and when we did, they responded almost immediately and were extremely helpful and friendly!

Fantastic Little Getaway

This home was perfect for everything I needed. I selected it because of the excellent large sunny patio, and it did not disappoint. I brought my own chaise so I could relax and enjoy it. The kitchen was spacious and had absolutely everything I needed. All was so thoughtful. Even paper products so I did not have to do dishes. The bathroom was a bit dated but tons of counter space, and many renovated bathrooms do not have enough space for your stuff - I thought the bathroom was great. The bed was comfortable and I loved the big windows. The unit is on the middle level so a short flight of easy outdoor stairs leads you to a main door which is on the same level as the unit's entry door. The parking was an option of right in front of the entrance or a few steps away in covered parking! Walking distance to hiking trails and the perfect location in town (another reason why I selected it). I did not use pool or other amenities as I was too busy. The only down side was having to keep the AC at 74 degrees, which was just too warm to sleep comfortably. I will be back for sure when I return in the fall and winter, but not sure I could do summer. Thanks for everything.
