Welcome to The Vue # 19 at Green Valley - you will love this brand new 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury townhome in a gorgeous new townhome community on the backside of the beloved well-established Sports Village area. This property is nestled in a valley rich with adventure, spas, shopping, top-rated golf courses, fine dining, and a wealth of outdoor activities where fishing, climbing, canyoneering, biking and hiking await. Explore vistas, mesas, and waterways, while discovering treasures at family-friendly petroglyph locations including The Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm. Enjoy the many fun activities here! Just a short walk from your townhome is this brand new complex (housed where the old Green Valley Spa used to be) that features the RinQ, an indoor roller rink, complete with a DJ booth, glow-in-the-dark black lighting and large disco ball for the best cosmic old-school roller skating in St. George! They also have "Nets On Fire", indoor basketball or volleyball courts you can rent out as a sports team, or as just a drop-in visitor to play some hoops. Prices vary, call ahead. They also offer a small outdoor putting green, game tables, indoor/outdoor seating. Rollerblading is allowed and they offer skate rentals and skate maids for beginners to avoid falling.



Located just behind the Vue community is incredible open land managed by the BLM. It offers some of the best trails in all of St. George. You can enjoy adventures like rapelling, canyon ziplining, and ATVing for miles and miles.

Great place to stay in St. George!

My friends and I really enjoyed this townhome! It was clean and really nice. We were able to fit our entire group super comfortably. We loved how easy it was to check in with the keypad. We highly recommend this place for a St. George getaway!

This could be a 5-star rating because the property was very nice and clean, and it had almost everything we needed for our group of 22 to be comfortable. The ONE thing that the property owner missed is on their listing. It says the property has 5 bathrooms with 5 showers, but in actuality, it has 5 bathrooms with 4 showers. With a group of 22 girls/women, that one shower makes a huge difference. So, I say book this property with confidence that you'll have an excellent stay and easy communication with the property manager, but be sure you know the shower count is 4, not 5. Also, it technically sleeps 24, but comfortably it's more like 20, unless you have a bunch of small kids and only maybe 6-8 older teens or adults.

Good place for medium groups or families

The common spaces were a bit small for our group and the parking was a bit confusing but overall it was a solid place to stay. I'd recommend this more for family gatherings. All showers did not have doors separating the bathroom from the open room.

Great place for a large group!

This was a great place for our very large group. There was enough space for us all to be together. The home is clean and well kept. The location is just where we like to be, close to the shopping centers and entertainment. The guess pass to the Las Palmas swimming resort was an added plus.

Loved this condo

Had such a great time! Was able to put all of the kids on the 3rd floor and adults and the second. Great location close to everything. Floors could have been a little cleaner, but overall we loved it and would stay again!

Family friendly. Access to Las Palmas Resort was nice. Roomy 5 bedroom condo with nice furniture. We had problems with washer/dryer and its door not securing and being able to complete cycles. Notified management several times and maintenance never came to solve issues. Carpets were disgusting, stained, and dirty. Pickleball courts nearby were nice and ping pong table was enjoyable.

Great Place to stay

Very spacious place. We had 7 people staying with us, everyone had their own rooms, plenty of room for people to hang out together. A few minor things need maintenance ( normal things) Pickleball courts at each end of the building!!! Played everyday. Wonderful place to stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Great place! Just a few small conplaints

Wonderful place but the unit needs better and bigger cookware and serving stuff for as big as the occupancy is for. The occupancy of our place was for several more than what was aloud at the pool area at the las plamas resort which was disappointing. The bunk beds were so squeaky. Overall great place and lots of space and comfy beds.

Great place for large groups

The place was great. It lacked a pantry/space for food. Also starting off it didn’t kitchen cloths or brooms. But management was quick to get us what we needed. Very fun location!

The carpet was very gross. I had to troubleshoot one of the ceiling fans in the main bedrooms to get it to work. The ac system isnt the best.

Great number of beds and rooms, but lots of issues with housekeeping and maintenance items.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, we had multiple issues that were a nuisance. Great number of rooms and beds, and bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. Problems: filthy carpets, had to clean AC filters ourselves to get AC to work properly, missing remote, broken shower curtain, clogged drain in tub, and door codes and internet passwords that didn’t work.
