The outdoor space is designed for both play and pause, giving you everything you need to enjoy the property from sunrise to sunset.

Guests will have full access to the home, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas. The property is yours to enjoy, from slow mornings inside to long afternoons spent down at the water.
Youâll also have access to the private dock, which extends 185 feet out into the river and features a large 25x35 platform with partial coverage, perfect for both sun and shade throughout the day. Paddle boards and outdoor games, including cornhole, are available for guest use to make the most of your time outside.
Please note that on occasion, we may need brief access to the dock to retrieve our boat. If this is the case during your stay, we will always communicate with you in advance and ensure it is quick, respectful, and does not interfere with your time at the property.
