This lively downtown escape in the heart of St. Charles, IL is a walkable, vibrant neighborhood packed with charm, history, character, and convenience. This inviting second-floor apartment places you right above a stretch of restaurants and bars, just steps from Main Street, the iconic Arcada Theatre, and the scenic Fox River.
The Space:
Looking for a chill place to crash after a night out? You've found it. The Fox Loft is located right above the buzz of the bars, including our very own Fox Social just downstairs.
But first, the real talk:
This is a laid back space with everything you need and nothing you donât.
The loft is on the second floor, and youâll head up via interior stairs.
One window looks out onto a partially unfinished rooftop area, soon to be a cute outdoor nook, but for now, itâs still in progress.
Noise happens! Youâre right above the nightlife, and there's an outdoor A/C unit nearby. Light sleepers, pack your earplugs just in case.
The unit is located at the back of the building. Thereâs a door near the second bedroom that stays locked at all times - it connects to a separate space at the front of the building used by the owners. No one enters or exits through it during your stay.
What You Do Get:
A fully open space with room to spread out, kick back, and relax
Two rollable pull-down beds you can move around however you like
A full kitchen with bar stools, perfect for snacks, sips, or a post-night-out breakfast
A dining table, work desk, and TV lounge area all in the open space
Full laundry setup so you can pack light
