The space
My home consists of 3 levels. The upper level is the Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed, Full Ensuite, Walk in Closet and Exquisite Views of the Lake. The main level consists of a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Great Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Second Bedroom with King Size Bed and the Second Bathroom. The lower level has the third bedroom with Queen Size Bed and Full Ensuite with Double Sinks, as well as Laundry.
The Great Room offers a 75" Smart HD TV with Satellite and Surround Sound, Wood Burning Fireplace as well as a Bar Area for Entertaining and Views of the Lake to die for. The Dining Room/Seating Area consists of a dining table that can seat 6 and also has Bar Fridge, Wine Cooler and an Ice-Maker.
The house is equipped with a Sonos Bluetooth Sound System accessible throughout the house, including outside, that you can access from your smart phone to play your own music. My home is Pet Friendly as I have 2 Dogs of my own. There are leashes outside, along with a pooper scooper at the side of the house.
There is a Natural Gas BBQ as well as a Charcoal BBQ on the Upper Deck with lights for the night time and electric plugs. There is also a Propane BBQ on the Lower Deck for your use. Wood is supplied for the Upper Backyard Fire Pit, Lower Deck Fire Pit as well as the indoor Fireplace. There are stairs to the Lower Deck and to the Private Beach. You will not have a better experience than at Nautica Beach House!
