Dunes is an extraordinary property of more than 16.000 sq. ft built on a hill over 2,5 acres of totally unspoiled land in Salines. It has an exceptional situation within only few minutes’ walk to the fabulous Salines beach.
Once crossed the heavy wooden gate and large stone surrounding walls, you will completely be in a new word, in a lush tropical garden with some oranges and reds of the cliffs but also the turquoise of the ocean…
Two words best describe the spirit of this unique property: Refinement and luxury. You will enjoy the two long heated pools as well as the fitness room. The decoration is made of deep brown Wenge wood and white oak design furniture. This villa has been designed for you and your friends or family, to get every last innovations.
The main house has two floors:
On the pool level, you will find the master bedroom overlooking the sea, a large living opened onto a spacious deck, a dining room opened on both side of the garden and the terrace with the view. There are two kitchens, one opened onto the living and terrace and the other one with the air-conditioning, perfect for a chef.
On the first floor, you will find another large bedroom overlooking Saline bay and on each side of it, two other bedrooms opened onto the lush tropical garden.
Two private bungalows:
These two bungalows are perfect to welcome your friends or staff as they are separated and private from the main villa.The first guesthouse offers a bedroom, a bathroom, a large outside living as well as the fully equipped kitchen.
The second guesthouse offers a bedroom, a bathroom and a covered terrace.
