Welcome to Villa Lumiere, a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located in the hills above Flamands bay, within minutes of several beaches and villages. This hillside villa enjoys exquisite views of the ocean and surrounding islands. This recently renovated villa combines classic local architecture with custom furnishings and art from around the world. Made up of three pavilions, built around a spacious pool and terrace, the blend of indoor and outdoor spaces at Villa Lumiere is an ideal spot to savour the glamorous life on St. Barts.

Located in the hills above Flamands Beach, in a few minutes you can be lying on the sand of any one of the nearby beaches, and the elegant towns of Gustavia and St-Jean are all just a short drive away. As an added bonus an excellent patisserie and restaurant are within easy walking distance.

Living Spaces: The main pavilion at Lumiere Villa is home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Awash with tropical vibes, a beautiful combination of colors, material, and style creates a homey yet luxurious feel. The living room is comfortable and cozy, with soft blue sofas and a large flat-screen TV. It’s a nice spot to unwind, diving into a good book, or enjoying an afternoon drink with the island breeze.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The well-equipped kitchen at Villa Lumiere has everything you’ll need to whip up gourmet meals. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion. The dining room has a large teak dining table and chairs with seating for 6 guests. It’s a fabulous setting for festive dinners with family and friends, enjoying the cool evening air blowing through the French doors.

Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms at Villa Lumiere each occupy their own pavilion, accessed via the outdoor terrace. Quiet and tranquil, the bedrooms provide a peaceful place to recharge at the end of each day. Each room has a plush queen-sized bed, promising a great night of sleep. They also come with a spacious ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, and doors that open to a private terrace area.

Outdoor Features: Outside the main pavilion at Villa Lumiere is the pool deck. To one side is a dining area, ideal for casual dinners in the open air. It’s also the best seat in the house when it comes to watching rosy gold sunsets light up the sea, coast, and sky. Next to the dining area is the inviting swimming pool, a great way to cool off in the heat of the day.

Sun-seekers will want to stake out a spot on one of the loungers lining the water, letting you bask in the island sun. From everywhere you can enjoy gorgeous views of Flamands Bay and the offshore islands Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme. Within minutes you can be lounging on the sand Flamands Beach. This strip of golden sand and turquoise water is one of the prettiest beaches on St. Barts. St Jean Beach is also close, just 5 minutes by car. For something more secluded, Colombier Beach is a 25-minute trek, only accessed on foot or with a boat.

A handful of restaurants are within easy reach in Flamands Beach. Popular beach bars and shops can be found in St-Jean and Gustavia, both just a short drive from the villa. Villa Lumiere in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. The villa is suitable for young adults, ages 18 and older.
