Welcome to Villa Festival (booking code: WV BEN), a 3-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou with beaches, restaurants and shopping only a few minutes away. Nestled into the cliffside, this stylish property enjoys spectacular views of the Caribbean and the coastline of St. Barts. Facing towards the west, the sunset views from the outdoor terrace at Villa Festival are sublime. From the outdoor spaces, you’ll be able to view the gorgeous sunset sending hues of pink, purple, and gold across the turquoise bays and offshore islands. A short drive away, Lorient Beach is a calm stretch of sand protected by a large coral reef, offering some of the best snorkeling on the island. In the other direction is the quiet and charming Marigot Beach.

Living Spaces: As you step inside Festival Villa, soothing wooden details and plush furnishings create a relaxing island ambiance. Large sliding doors fold open to the outdoor living areas, creating a seamless mix of indoor/outdoor living areas.

A cozy indoor living room has simple ocean-style décor and creamy white sofas. Local art adorning the walls loads the space with Caribbean charm, while a large TV lets you unwind with a movie. Opening the doors connects the entire room to the outdoor living area and pool terrace, infusing the space with the salty tropical breeze.

Kitchen and Dining Area: Next to the living room is Villa Festival’s well-equipped kitchen. With high-end appliances, it can handle any culinary challenge you can throw its way. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion. On the covered outdoor terrace is a large dining table with space for 6 guests, a great spot to host elegant island dinners.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Festival Villa, each a quiet and tranquil place to rest and recharge. Each room features colorful artwork, crisp linens, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is located in a separate cottage, with a king-sized bed facing towards doors that overlook the ocean. The second bedroom is next to the living room, also with a king-sized bed and doors that fold open to the outdoor terrace. A third, smaller bedroom is near the entrance of the villa with its own private terrace. This bedroom has a pair of twin beds (although can be configured into a king-sized bed) and is ideal for teenagers.

Outdoor Features: A grand covered terrace area encourages you to spend your time in the warm open air at Villa Festival. A beautiful lounge area is a nice spot to sink in with a cocktail and admire the view. From this vantage point, you can see the islands Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme just offshore, and the islands of St Martin and Anguilla can be seen in the distance. Steps lead down to the villa’s inviting infinity pool – you could relax in the water all day. Surrounded by loungers, it’s easy to soak up the island sun as well. As the afternoon fades, following the steps down further reveals a heated spa, the best seat in the house to watch the island sunset.

Only a 5-minute drive away is Lorient Beach, a calm and protected stretch of sand ideal for kids. St-Jean is 10 minutes away by car, while the capital Gustavia is a 20-minute drive.
