Adorable Sweet cozy Mid Century Style Townhome just steps from St. Augustine's historic district, walk to the city's best restaurants, shops, attractions, the historic Castillo de San Marcos, the scenic St. Augustine Lighthouse, and the Alligator Farm.

Walker Charters to Anastasia Mini-Golf is also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
The space
Our beautiful Townhome has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them with a full bed, and a queen sofa bed, and the other one is equipped with a queen size perfect for families or groups of friends.

The living room is bright and airy, with a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable seating leather sofa bed, which can be used for two more people to sleep.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and eat together at the original piano table, or simply enjoy the front garden which is perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be an automatic $500 fee for violation of this policy. Also please note there is an open staircase in the unit. Guests with small children should bring a gate or other barrier for safety.

Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for two cars.

Leave your car parked in the driveway and cross the elegant Lions Bridge just 5 minutes away and wander the streets of the historic district on foot, where you can experience this unique city at your own pace, wandering the charming streets, stopping to enjoy delicious bites and an excellent nightlife, also if you want to enjoy a beach day, you will find a essentials beach kit in our place.

The home was spacious, clean and convenient to the historic district. The furnishings/decor were very tasteful. The outdoor area was gorgeous! Unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying it. We were very pleased with this home and would love to return one day!

We (siblings) were in town for a family wedding at a venue at the historic end of Lion’s bridge. The walk from this property to the venue was 20 minutes. Because of the heat and our fancy wedding attire & shoes we chose to Uber, cost 3 of us 14. Otherwise we walked over the bridge to enjoy historic St Augustine. This property was perfectly clean and thoughtfully decorated and organized. Property owners responded promptly and accommodating to any request. Beds were super comfy and baths were clean and modern. Highly recommend this property for a holiday in the area.

This place was so adorable with lots of little treasures to check out. I liked that there was alot of information presented for things to do in the area. And i really liked the 2 floor layout! The hosts were very attentive to any communication needed. Cute little dive bar right around the corner that was so much fun too.

Delightful property with a really ideal location. Short walk/drive over the bridge to historic St. Aug. So much to do and see on Anastasia Island. You can tell a lot of time and love went into developing and decorating this property. Luis(s) super responsive and nice guys. We'll be back for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay on Anastasia Island and couldn’t have been happier with this property. Our group was two adult couples, and the layout suited us perfectly — having our own bathrooms was a real bonus. The showers were hot, easy to use, and stocked with full-size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which was a thoughtful touch.The front porch and garden area were especially charming, with warm colors and inviting dĂ©cor. We loved sitting out there with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine catching up with our friends. Inside, the living room felt spacious, and the retro suitcase filled with local leaflets was a fun and helpful detail. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a huge empty fridge, a separate freezer, and a capsule coffee machine with capsules kindly provided.The bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated finding softer spare pillows in the wardrobe — a big plus for those of us who aren’t fans of firm pillows. The beds are doubles, so they may feel a little cozy if you’re used to a king, but they were comfortable. The ground-floor bedroom looks out onto a back path and bin storage area (with no odor), so we kept the blinds closed, but that was no issue since we only used the room for sleeping and changing.The location was fantastic. It’s an easy walk over the Intracoastal into St. Augustine, and we enjoyed a fabulous meal at nearby Bea’s. This was our second time staying at their place. It is perfect for the three of us. It's in a good location, close to everything. There were upgrades made. Which shoes they care about their property. The outdoor living area is very enjoyable. They definitely have green thumbs.

Such a cute & amazingly clean little place! Luis was super accommodating and great with communication. The place was perfect for my husband, myself and another couple. We had privacy but yet a common area. The front porch was nice as well for evening wine or coffee in the morning. The landscaping was beautiful and you can tell they take pride in this space. Close to the Bridge of Lions to get to downtown (about 20 min walk) but 10ish or less minute drive but many cute little restaurants and bars close enough to walk. The lighthouse is close also. Would 100% stay here again when we come back to the area!

This place was really clean and was the perfect location. Just a short walk over the bridge to the historic district that has great restaurants or a quick drive to the beach. The interior decor had amazing antique furniture and decor . We would absolutely stay here again. The dedicated 2 parking spaces were a big bonus as parking in these areas can sometimes be a big hassle.
