Located just minutes from the heart of Historic Downtown St. Augustine and the attractions of Ponte Vedra, this home offers the ideal mix of quiet retreat and local adventure. Whether you're here to explore or simply soak up the view, this waterfront getaway makes it easy to feel at home by the sea.



THE PROXIMITY: Beach days are just steps away - literally! The beach access is located at the end of the block, making it easy to stroll down with your towel and sunscreen in hand. No long drives or complicated parking - just quick and simple access to the sand and surf. For those who prefer to drive closer, you can also drive half a mile north to Euclid Avenue by the Reef Restaurant! Every option offers beautiful views for relaxing or shell hunting.

Head downtown to Historic St. Augustine within 10 minutes for a full day of tours, history, food, and drinks, not to mention plenty of shopping and entertainment!

North of the house? 25 minutes to Ponte Vedra for amazing golf, shopping and dining.

Looking for more adventure? Head 30 minutes south to Palm Coast and enjoy a day at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, where you can kayak along the coast.

Need groceries or supplies? A Publix is conveniently located about 5 minutes away.

THE SPACE: This home modern comfort with breathtaking water views. The layout features a unique galley kitchen and breakfast nook, adjacent to the cheery living room with view of the intracoastal. Down the hall you’ll find three bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes its own full bathroom with walk in shower, while the second and third bedrooms are perfect for guests or family. With the two full bathrooms, this home makes it easy to accommodate your group. A full laundry room and office space, plus closet full of family amenities is en suite to the primary bedroom. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Whether you're here to unwind, work remotely, or explore the coast, this home offers a perfect mix of relaxation and functionality—all just steps from the beach.



OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

PARKING: Parking is available in our driveway, and we ask that there is no parking on the grass. 3 cars can be pulled in bumper to bumper.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk just down the street to the beach!



*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home. Garage is not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

One of the prime areas of Vilano Beach, you will find the area is bordered to the East by the Atlantic Ocean and to the West by the Tolomato River (or what we St. Augustinians call "The Intercoastal"). Located just a five minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity. Just a seven minutes drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camachee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours!



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



Guests must be 21 or older to book.



Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice.



Dog friendly only. 2 dogs total allowed, with maximum weight of 50 lbs each.



Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month.

-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.

-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.

-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!



NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am.



LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival. Please, make yourself at home.
