The game room is accessed from the ground floor. There is no interior access to the game room from the main floor of the home.

Strict Pet Policy
This property allows dogs only (no cats), with a maximum of two dogs up to 50 lbs each, and each dog must be at least one year old, healthy, and current on vaccinations (rabies and distemper/parvo at minimum). Proof of age and vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian is required and should be uploaded prior to arrival; if not provided in advance, it may be requested at check-in. Reservations may be canceled without refund if requirements are not met. Limited exceptions regarding number of dogs, weight, age, or vaccination status may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing before arrival. Management and the owner may seek reimbursement for any pet-related damages.
