Pool heating is FREE and maintained at 85–86°F.

The heat pump operates most efficiently above 60°F, and automatically shuts off below 55°F to protect the system.

Pool temperatures vary with weather, humidity, and nighttime conditions.

We do not offer refunds for temperature changes, as they are weather-dependent.

Please consider this when booking November–February.



🚙 While golf carts are not provided at the property, many guests choose to rent one during their stay. We work closely with several trusted local golf cart rental companies and are happy to point you in the right direction—just ask!

Getting Around:

Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful and available, but downtown St Augustine is also only a 7 minute drive.
